Ne samo avion nego i nova kaciga je prosla testiranja prvo na zemlji jer ako ne prodje ta testiranja ne moze na brod
tako da tesko da nesto toliko banalno moze da se desava i jos da stigne do broda jer bi bilo primeceno odma. Mozda nije spustio visor do kraja, treba da skljocne ili je ostavio nefiksiran spoljni, posto imaju dva, prvi providni i drugi spolja, tamni.

Generacija II sa kojom je i pocelo testiranje i za koju se vezu svi oni problemi o kojima se pisalo, brljavljenje, kasnjenje, nedovoljna rezolucija i daljina vida nocu...
Generacija III uvedena od prosle godine i ove na kojoj su reseni problemi generacije II, ispao dodatni da je teza pa su sada resili i to. Pored resavanja problema generacije II ima i dodatna poboljsanja, posebno sto se tice nocnog moda(ima dodatnu nocnu kameru) i ima rezoluciju 16000x1200 u odnosu na 1280x1024 kod prethodne.
Kacigu radi Rokvel Kolins uz pomoc Izraelaca iz Elbit Amerika i to su posebno Izraelci pomogli kod problema lagovanja i nocnog moda. Mala je razlika vizuelno u odnosu na generaciju II, razlikuje se spreda gledano po jednoj nocnoj kameri na celu i 3 manja "kockasta" senzora dok prethodna ima jednu kameru i jednu manju do nje.

In a series of tests announced on 22 August, the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) at Edwards Air Force Base (AFB) in California undertook 25 test sorties that involved 12 weapons delivery accuracy and 13 weapon separation tests.
The test events, which were performed using the Block 3F software that is due to be released in the next couple of years, saw some 30 weapon drops and firings take place at the Sea Test Range off the US Pacific coast, at the US Navy's China Lake Weapons Range in California, and at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. Five of the test events featured dropping multiple weapons.
Specific weapons trialled comprised the Boeing GBU-31 Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM); Raytheon AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM); Boeing GBU-39 Small Diameter Bomb (SDB); and Raytheon AIM-9X Sidewinder short-range air-to-air missile.

F-35 Finishes Weapon Surge

The surge was possible because, “the weather’s good in the summertime, we’ve got the airplanes, they’re flying well,” and other agencies agreed to cooperate, he said. The testing involved “seven-days-a-week ops,” and its success is “a big risk reduction to delivering 3F.” The program office said five test events included multiple weapons, and overall tested 30 total munitions, including JDAM bombs, AIM-9X and AIM-120 AMRAAM dogfight missiles, 250-pound Small Diameter Bombs, and a combination laser/GPS-guided weapon. Program director Lt. Gen. Christopher Bogdan said in a press statement that the tests require all the F-35’s systems—navigation, sensors, datalinks, and multi-agency ranges—“all working in sequence” and “has moved us that much closer to delivering the full F-35 capability to warfighters within the next two years.”
