USSVoyager ::Bivsi 50, potom 68, leteo u akro grupi Falcons of Russia. Sada sveze ofarban sa starim brojem.
Po ovima su jos 4 u 275.ARZ i to 51,66,67 i 69

and, surprisingly, also
#51 Blue (c/n 03-04).
The #51 was still in painted in its original colors of the 54 GIAP and has not flown since 1998. It has only been used for spare parts since then. It looks like these four Sukhois will join the #68 (ex-50, cn 03-03) in the upcoming years.

Which led the F-16s to fire their stand-off weapons early. 6 MiG-21 were then scrambled from Srinagar and Awantipur to augment the 4 Su-30MKI and 2 Mirage-2000 on patrol. The author alleges that the IAF lost its fighter superiority since skirmishes in 2002.

Since then Pakistan received new F-16s and AMRAAM missiles, which changed the tactical balance. He alleges that the MiG-21 that was shot down last month, mistakenly crossed the LoC in pursuit of PAF fighters because he couldn't hear his controller telling him to return.

This was allegedly because Pakistan was jamming the IAF's radio communications, and the IAF's MiG-21s don't have secure data links. Apparently, that upgrade was previously offered, but was turned down. The IAF is receiving secure data links for all of its fighters from Israel.

Given the controversy over the Rafale deal, the perceived shortcomings of India's Su-30MKI fighters vis-a-vis Pakistan's F-16s during the recent skirmish could certainly influence the MMRCA 2 and carrier fighter tenders. It also highlights the need to replace the IAF's MiG-21s.

Ako su Indusi zahvatili pakistanske F-16 raketama MICA, zašto ih nisu ispalili? MICA ima manji domet od R-77 ili Astra, što znači, da su bili Mirage-2000 bliže pakistancima nego Su-30MKI, a Pakistanci su ispaljivali AMRAAMe na Su-30MKI a ne na Mirage-2000. Zahvat je dobio i Abhinandan sa R-73 u svom MiG-21 prije što je bio oboren. Ali konačno Indusi nisu ispalili nijedne rakete osim one rakete zemlja-vazduh, sa kojom su oborili vlastiti helikopter Mi-17.

Not realising that he had crossed the Line of Control, Abhinandan locked on to an F-16 of the Pakistan Air Force and fired his R-73 air-to-air missile seconds before his plane was shot at. In a matter of seconds, both aircraft went tumbling down into Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

What the woman officer was telling the Wing Commander was to abandon and return as he had crossed over, top sources in the Indian Air Force told ThePrint.

An analysis of the dogfight of 27 February by the IAF has revealed that Abhinandan could not hear the command being given by the officer. The IAF believes this could be because of radio jamming by Pakistan.

While India’s Sukhoi Su-30s were on a Combat Air Patrol (CAP) in the Rajasthan sector, two Mirage 2000s were on CAP at the LoC.

The officer in question was sitting in the control room at the time, giving instructions and coordinating the response to the challenge thrown by the Pakistan Air Force. She realised that things could get difficult and immediately ordered the scampering of more Su-30s and MiG-21s, which took off from the Srinagar and Awantipur air bases.

She alerted the Indian pilots to the use of F-16s, which have better beyond visual range or BVR missiles than the Sukhois and the MiGs.

It was her alertness and instructions that allowed the Indian pilots to take preventive measures and escape the AMRAAM missiles fired by the F-16s.



Fakat, što su Indusi upozoravali pilote u MiGovima i Suhojevima o nadolazečim raketama iz komandnog centra, jasno kaže, kako indijski RWR Tarang ne radi, a to je velika degradacija Su-30MKI u odnosu na ostale Su-30 koji imaju ruski RWR L-150 Pastel. A očigledno i indijsko-izraelski data link i komunikacije mogu se ometati, što još više degradira avion u odnosu na original. Da ne kažem, kako se fali cijelo brdo sa izraelskimi precizno vođenimi bombami.

Znaci, da odgovirim sam sebi na prije postavljeno pitanje na temi india/pakistan, pokazani bk MiG21 Bison NIJE sa jednog aviona. Oboreni je ocigledno ispalio jednu r73? i vjerovatno zvekno jedan f16. Odakle pakiima cetvrta raketa tj druga r73?
