Indijci hoce da modernizuju svoju flotu sa AESA radarima
150 Su-30 fighter jets discard their outdated 80s BARS radar
Citat:India is about to launch the long-delayed Super Sukhoi program. 4 billion USD has already been requested by the Indian Ministry of Defence. 150 fighters out of 260 operationally ready Su-30MKI will go through complete modernization.
The Super Sukhoi program was supposed to start nearly two years ago.
Citat:The modernization will mainly affect the replacement of electronics, sensors, and weapons. Realistically, if the program is completed on time, India will have a better Su-30 than the original manufacturer – the USSR/Russia. What is worth paying attention to is the replacement of the obsolete Soviet N011M Bars radar with a locally developed AESA version.

Rusi imaju problema tako sa AESA radarom kao sa podvesnim cilničkim sustavom. Ima nekoliko takvih sustava, ali ne u velikim količinama. Kinezi su Ruse skoro u svim granama oružanih sustava več dostigli ili čak pestigli. Ramo još nuklearne podmornice jim nisu toliko dobre i pouzdane. Ali če i tu to brzo dostiči.

Kakve veze imaju Kinezi🙂
Ovde je rec o modernizaciji Indijskih Su 30
Inace bar kada je rec o vazduhoplovstvu Kina je jos uvek iza Rusije kada su u pitanju strategijski bombarderi
Sto se ostalog tice odavno su daleko ispred Rusije,kvantitativno svakako
Verujem da ne zaostaju ni po kvalitetu

RMAF Sukhois can Fly for 20 More Years, Says Maintenance Contractor
Citat:The Royal Malaysian Air Force’s Sukhoi Su-30MKM fighter jets are capable of remaining airworthy for about two more decades, the primary contractor maintaining the Russian-made aircraft said.
Aerospace Technology Systems Corporation Sdn Bhd (ATSC) CEO Lt Col (Rtd) Fadzar Suhada said the company was capable of ensuring the 16-year-old fighter jets – the country’s most advanced and sophisticated – were maintained until 2035, subject to the availability of parts.
Citat:It is understood that each Su-30 requires a sum of US$27 million to be completely overhauled for every 1,500 hours of flight or 10 years of operation.
“At least 70% of our maintenance crew are retired RMAF technicians and engineers, who have been hired owing to their vast expertise in handling the jets,” Fadzar said.
