Nekoliko dana traju sukobi u regionu Deir Ez Zor između kurdskih SDF i lokalnih arapa, posle hapšenja jednog od lokalnih arapskih vođa. Do sada prijavljeno je 25 mrtvih i veći broj ranjenih.

Citat:SANA: For the sixth day in a row, clashes continue between the affiliated groups of the SDF militia in most areas of Deir Ezzor countryside in northern Syria.

The clashes take place between the separatist militia of the SDF and the militants of the so-called “Deir Ezzor Military Council,” affiliated with the militia and composed of Arab clans.
Local sources told SANA reporter that the violent clashes caused the death of dozens while others were injured or taken hostage, in the towns of Diban, Al-Izba, Al-Busaira, Al-Tayana and Jadid Bakara.
Sons of the Arb clans managed to expel SDF gunmen from the towns of Al-Kashkiyeh, Abu Hammam and Gharanij, and control several of their headquarters in the areas of Al-Shafa and Shanan, the sources said.
In addition, several SDF militia and oil wells were targeted and burned in the al-Izba area in the western countryside of the Deir Ezzor.
The sources added that the people blocked the roads in the towns of Mahimida, Al-Kasra, and Hamar Al-Ali to prevent the passage of supplies sent by SDF militia from Raqqa to the areas of clashes in the northern and eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
These incidents coincide with the announcement by many elders and dignitaries of Arab clans to general mobilization to continue fighting US occupation-backed SDF militias and expel them from their areas.

Prema zapadnim izvorima, lokalni arapi su želeli da pokrenu operaciju isterivanja kurdskih snaga, ovi su ih, međutim , preduhitrili.
Kurdi pokušavaju da smire situaciju. Tvrde da su počeli da puštaju na slobodu pohapšene arape, i da će naći rešenje za njihove zahteve.

Ponovo izraelski nappad, ovog puta na položaje SAA u blizini Tartusa. Napad je izveden avijacijom iz međunarodnih voda, kažu sirijci.

Smatra se da ovi napadi imaju za cilj da oslabe sirijce u očekujućem budućem konfliktu velikih razmera.

Dok se nastavljaju sukobi arapa i kurda na istočnoj obali reke Eufrat, izraelsko vazduhoplovstvo je napalo položaje sirijske armije na zapadnoj obali reke, a u regionu Deir el Zor a.

Napadi izraelaca ovako daleko na istok su retki, i najverovatnije imaju za cilj da se spreči sirijska armija u eventualnoj nameri da pređe reku ili barem da artiljerijom pomaže arape.
