Sve je to qurac sa paštom.

Citat:Somali President Sharif Sheikh Ahmed survived an assassination attempt during an ambush on his convoy by the hard-line insurgent group al-Shabaab on the outskirts Mogadishu, the capital.
At least one government soldier was killed and four others were injured in an ambush near Alamada in Elasha Biyaha recently seized by troops from Somalia's Transitional Federal Government (TFG) and African Union peacekeepers (AMSIOM).
As the president's convoy returned to the capital from Afgoye district in Lower Shabelle region, an unknown number of armed militants attacked the vehicles on the road between Mogadishu and Afgoye, according to local resident Mohamed Deeq.
A heavy gun battle broke out immediately after the convoy reached Alamada area.
“I saw two al-Shabaab fighters dead and several others were injured as they were running back into the bush areas behind Alamada,” another witness Asho Ahmed told.
Senior Somali government official Ahmed Yare said that at least four TFG soldiers, some of them the president’s guards, were injured in the fighting which last several minutes.
“AU armored vehicles were among the convoy but I’m not sure if some soldiers from AMISOM were harmed during the clashes. The attack occurred at about 2:56pm local time. The president returned safely to Villa Somalia in Mogadishu,” added Ahmed Yare.
“It was a sacred operation and conducted by fighters loyal to al-Shabaab Mujaahideen. We have killed several troops from AMISOM and TFG. We have lost one fighter and I can tell you that our fighters are still active in areas of Afgoye and Elasha Biyaha where our enemy falsely claimed to have seized it completely,” said Abu Muhsim. “We shall continue to conducting like this operation, if God says.”
During an unofficial visit to Afgoye, a former al-Shabaab stronghold, President Sharif told reporters that his government is offering amnesty to any remaining al-Shabaab fighters that want to surrender to the government.
The president walked in the streets of Afgoye and was protected by hundreds of TFG and AMISOM troops.
Somalicij nešto "zapostavili" svoje "obavze", svega nekoliko pokušaja bez ikakvih rezultata.

Pa da okrenemo dvoglede prema Sredozemnom moru? I promenimo naslov teme? Dok oko Somalije ne bude legla prasina, ratni brodovi se udalje, a onda jovo nanovo.

Somalia’s president shielded top pirate from arrest, UN report says
A United Nations investigation has revealed that Somalia’s president Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed has shielded a top pirate leader from arrest by issuing him a diplomatic passport.
The UN slammed the president for the “climate of impunity” granted to pirate chiefs in Somalia and aboard.
The report to UN Security Council said that pirate leaders were enjoying high level protection from Somali authorities and were not being sufficiently targeted for arrest by local or international authorities.
