2109: Russia's Nato envoy, Dmitriy Rogozin, says if reports alleging that British and French special forces have been engaged in ground operations in Libya prove correct, it would constitute a breach of the UN Security Council Resolution 1973 on Libya, which specifies that Nato will only provide air cover for the anti-Gaddafi forces. In an interview with Russia's state-owned Rossiya 24 news channel, Mr Rogozin said that there was "direct evidence" to support the allegations, BBC Monitoring reports.

Ambasador rusije pri NATO,Rogozin, kaze da ako su tacne informacije da su britanske i francuske specijalne snage ukljucene u kopnene operacije u Libiji, to predstavljati povredu rezolucije UN 1973.U interviju kanalu Rusija24, Rogozin je izjavio da postoje 'direktni dokazi' koji podkrepljuju optuzbe.
