But newest AK's using same balancing mechanism as AEK so there isnt big difference.

Yes, because it is too expencive for army and can't be common weapon. Few of them used in special forces, but it difficult stuff for both producton and soldiers.

I vote for AEK-971. It looks like more modern.
But i'm not sure it will be in 5,45 or 7,62 caliber

The AEK looks like it has a normal fire selector. Its better to get a new weapon, the AK system has many flaws, like the fire selector. An AEK with rail would be a weapons "on pair" with perhaps new HK systems.

Does anyone know the grouping at lets say 200 meters with this weapon, compare it with M16 series rifles

I think you have wrong about fire selector.Dec system was a wrily simple.
Then hits grouping is not perfect, but penetration power is mach mor betther fr 7.65 caliber
