Nigerian Navy takes delivery of AW-139 helicopter
Citat:The Nigerian Navy has taken delivery of its first AW-139 helicopter from Leonardo Helicopters, the helicopter was delivered Yesterday, 22 May.
This recent delivery is part of a $22 million contract signed between the Ministry of Defence and Leonardo Helicopters (formerly AgustaWestland) for four helicopters in 2006.
The four AW-139 helicopter will be operated by the Nigerian State House, the Government of River States and the Nigerian Navy.

Italian Air Force Takes Delivery of First HH-139B
Citat:On November 30, the first HH139B helicopter landed in Cervia, intended to complete and strengthen the helicopter fleet of the 15th Wing and its subordinate SAR Centers and Groups.

The helicopter was handed over on November 27 at the Leonardo plant in Vergiate (VA), following the successful conclusion of the testing and acceptance procedures conducted by the personnel of the Aeronautical Armaments and Airworthiness Department (DAAA), together with the men of the employee of the Territorial Technical Office of Milan (UTT) and the support of the Experimental Flight Department of the Air Force.
