 I dont know where he is from, or where he lives, but I know that he's a farmer or at least a produce seller at one of the local markets in Belgrade. Every time I saw him, he was wearing that jacket. A lot of people here wear ex military clothes, especially for physicial work, because of their quality and durability yet affordable prices.

Well,as far as I noticed from distance, his jacket is at least in a decent shape, it's not washed out or teared. I say again - as far as I noticed from distance. I could be wrong.
Anyway, I'm not sure he would be willing to sell it, at least not for a reasonable price. I can bet that he's aware how rare it is and that he would boost the price if he smells a good business opportunity.

Yes I can believe that. I wonder if he knows where to find some more. He might not sell because he likes the jacket too much also, if he looks after it.

I could ask him if he knows something more and I could take a picture of him with the jacket. But I cant promise you anything. Nor do I know when I will see him again, since I dont buy from him, I just see him occasionaly. But I'm 95% sure that he got it from some flea market or a military surplus store or depot (people here buy all kinds of interesting stuff that way).

I'd appreciate even that, because every little bit of information I can hopefully use to find some. If I have to, I'll come to Serbia myself! The countryside looks nice..and there's a sleeper train from Budapest...
