Raspitaj se na ruskim vojnim forumima. Ima ih I na engleskom jeziku. Iz prvog pokušaja sam našao ovaj:

Try Russian military forums, there are some in English language, too. My first Google search for 'Russian military forums' returned this:

You can also try this page. The links are lead to pages which describing all official uniforms in the USSR by decades, from the fifties to the end of the eighties. It's on russian.

Again, that Russian forum I posted is not the only one online. Look for other Russian forums and ask there. It is very unlikely that one of us here would have the photos you're looking for.
Widen your search. Use Google Translate to get the key Russian words and Google those. For example: Soviet female military uniform - советская женская военная форма. I don't speak Russian either but I was able to get truckload of hits just by Googling these words.
