The DSCA has notified Congress that the U.S. Air Force seeks to issue a Letter of Offer and Acceptance to Pakistan for “defence articles and services estimated to cost $686 million”.

Citat:Pakistan Navy has launched its fourth Hangor class submarine, GHAZI, at the Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group’s Shuangliu Base in Wuhan, China.

With this milestone, all four submarines being constructed in China have now entered advanced sea trials and are nearing handover to Pakistan.

Under a bilateral agreement with China, Pakistan is acquiring eight Hangor class submarines, with four being built in China and the remaining four to be constructed at Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works under a Transfer of Technology arrangement. Equipped with advanced sensors and long-range strike capabilities, the Hangor class will significantly strengthen Pakistan Navy’s undersea warfare capability and contribute to regional stability.

The launch ceremony was attended by senior officials from both countries, underscoring the depth of Pakistan–China defense cooperation.

Citat:Kazakhstan’s Besqaru defense facility has entered into an agreement with a Pakistani firm for the supply of wheeled armored vehicles.

Under the agreement, Besqaru will deliver vehicles, including the AIBAR 4x4 armoured car and the TAIMAS 8x8 infantry fighting vehicle, equipped with the VN-11 combat module.
The company said the full production cycle is carried out domestically in Kazakhstan.
AIBAR
The “Aibar 4x4” is equipped with a 12.7 mm machine gun and is capable of withstanding mine blasts and attacks involving improvised explosive devices.

TAIMAS
The Taimas 8x8 is a 30-ton, amphibious infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) developed for Kazakhstan, featuring a Turkish Otokar Arma 8x8 chassis and a Chinese Norinco turret (VN11/VN20 family).
