Citat:Today marks the 18th anniversary of the Akhmat Special Forces - a special police regiment named after Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic, commanded by Hero of Russia, Zamid Chalaev.
The unit was created on the initiative of the A. Kadyrov during the most difficult time. It is the employees of this regiment under the leadership of Chalaev who are responsible for neutralizing the terrorist group in the Chechen Republic, together with its leader A. Byutukaev.
At present, the unit continues to fulfill with honor the tasks of command in the course of a special military operation in Ukraine. Together with allied troops, they liberate from nationalists, proving their high combat effectiveness and devotion to the interests of the country.
