Koliko razumem radarski altimetar na doplerovom principu u raketama himarsa...
Znaci da se ne koristi samo gps/ins vec i merac visine. Sada da li se koristi samo kao upaljac ili za proracun trajektorije

Jos jedna verzija na kojoj rade, PFAL, paletizovani MLRS. Poseduje dva kontejnera svaki sa 6 raketa GMLRS ili sa jednim ATACMS. Moze se koristiti kao fiksni lanser, sa prikolice ili sa plovila. Moze da ispaljuje sve trenutne verzije raketa kao i buduce kao sto je PrSM.

Poljacima odobrena kupovina. Po ovome 18 Himarsa i 468 lansera koje ce verovatno da stave na svoja Jelcz vozila. Tu je i ATACMS.

The Republic of Poland has requested to buy eighteen (18 ) M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) launchers; four hundred sixty-eight (468) HIMARS Launcher Loader Module kits; forty-five (45) M57 Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS); four hundred sixty-one (461) M30A2 Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System Alternative Warhead (GMLRS-AW) pods with Insensitive Munitions Propulsion System (IMPS); five hundred twenty-one (521) M31A2 Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System Unitary (GMLRS-U) pods with Insensitive Munitions Propulsion System (IMPS); and five hundred thirty-two (532) XM403 Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System Extended Range Alternative Warhead (GMLRS-ER AW) pods. Also included are Low Cost Reduced Range Practice Rockets; support equipment; communications equipment; spare and repair parts; test sets; batteries; laptop computers; publications and technical data; facility design; personnel training and equipment; systems integration support; Quality Assurance Teams and a Technical Assistance Fielding Team; United States Government and contractor engineering and logistics personnel services; training; sensors; and other related elements of logistics and program support. The total estimated cost is $10 billion.

Holandjanima odobrena kupovina 20 HIMARS i 29 M30A2 GMLRS
US State Department approves sale of HIMARS to Netherlands
Citat: The U.S. State Department has approved a possible foreign military sale to the Netherlands for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, according to a Thursday statement from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
Under the deal, the Netherlands would purchase 20 Lockheed Martin-made M142 HIMARS launchers, along with 17 Humvees. The package also included support and communications equipment, as well as 29 M30A2 Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System alternative warhead missile pods with the insensitive munitions propulsion system.
The potential sale is worth about $670 million. Now that the agency has notified Congress, the value and quantity of materiel could change while negotiations are underway.
