Fourteen of the AH-64E Apache aircraft have been delivered to Wattisham Flying Station in Suffolk in recent months, with 36 more due to arrive by summer 2024.
The fleet will replace the Apache AH Mark 1, which will go out of service in 2024.

DCS izbacuje novi update u kome ce biti dostupan AH-64. S obzirom da je DCS simulator koji se trudi sto realnije da napravi modele i komande na istim, nama sa jeftinim ulaznicama daje priliku da vidimo kako neki od sistema rade na gore pomenutom, te sa tim postavljam YT listu na kojoj kolege forumasi mozemo nauciti kako se leti (ako ih zarobimo u juznoj nam pokrajini )

Zbog samih detalja i kompleksnosti objasnjavanja mislim da je video vise za ovu temu, nego o kompijuterskim ratnim igrama

Ja se polomio svojevremeno da nekima od matore garde objasnim da nisu americki helikopteri "Apac" (inace UH-60).

A dole ih nema odavno.

US National Guard receives its first v6 Apache attack helicopters
Citat:The South Carolina National Guard has received the first five AH-64E model Apache attack helicopters, a little over a year after the upgraded helicopter began fielding in the winter of 2021.
The v6 Apaches were delivered to McEntire Joint National Guard Base on March 24.
The South Carolina National Guard is updating a 34-year-old fleet of 24 aircraft with the new E-model, which will be assigned to and flown by the 1-151st Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, 59th Aviation Troop Command.
The V6 model that was first delivered to the US Army in January 2021 is equipped with an open systems design including the latest communications, navigation, sensor and weapon systems.
