Pišući u temi o trendovima u razvoju mašina/uređaja za izrade prolaza/čišćenje mina shvatio sam da ne postoji zasebna tema o uređajima -mašinama za izradu/polaganje mina i da su se iste turale u zajedničku temu sa inžinjerijskim mašinama.
Za početak da razdvojim sam sitem polaganja mina po načinu postavljanja u Ručni strojem jedinice ili pojedinačnim postavljanjem od onog gde se mašinski mine polažu bilo ispod maskirnog sloja zemlje/busena ili sejanjem-disperzijom iz nekog disperzionog uređaja/sklopa .
U JNA smo za mašinsko polaganje koristili izvorni Sovjetski VUČNI minopolagač PMR i PMR-3 na koji su naši ino vatori u VTI dodali nove vođice za polaganje naših domaćih mahom PT Mina koje su nastale nakon usvajanja ovog minopolagača u arsenal i tako inoviran su označili kao PMR-3B.
Ja ga ovde sada ne bi dalje elaborirao već bi dodao da osim prilagođavanja našim minama na PMR-3B je dodata mogućnost selekcije tzv koraka u sejanju/polaganju mina uz standardni Sovjetsko/Ruski na 4m i sa smanjenom gustinom sa korakom od 5,5m a za šta je na raspodeljivaču dodat još jedan parnjak u zupčaničkom sklopu .To da se mine pored klasičnog polaganja ispod sloja zemlje mogu i sejati mislim da i netreba posebno elaborirati..
Vremenom se kod nas radilo na domaćoj vrsti oklopnog minopolagača na bazi BVP M-80 označenog u razvoju kao MOS ja bi samo podsetio da se uz izradu dva primerka i aktivno opitovanje sve do polovine 90 dalje nije mrdnulo.Po mojim saznanjima jedan od dva izrađena primerka čami negde u hangarima VS i zadnje je viđen sredinom 2011/2 u Šapcu.
Ova naša MOS kreacija je nastala u pokušaju da se kopira jedan od Sovjetsko/Ruskih GMZ koga bi ovde za početak predstavio..

U kasetama GMZ-3 se može nalaziti do 208 mina ovih tipova ТМ-52, ТМ-57, ТМ-62, ТМ-62ПЗ i ТМ-89.
Plužni uređaj koga od zada vuče izgleda poput starih izvornih uređaja/plugova sa PMR/PMZ..

Slično rešenje je bilo i na našem MOS nezavršenom projektu..

The minefields it creates are 15 meters deep and 240 meters wide. Its mine-laying speed is up to 40 km per hour. The operating crew consists of two people.

Preteča svih UMZova je ovaj UMZ na šasiji ZIL-131 razvijen još u vreme SSSRa za potrebe brzih zatvaranja prolaza u motorizovanim jedinicama.

The Shielder is a mine laying vehicle. It lays anti-tank mines. This mine laying system is also capable of laying anti-personnel mines, however the United Kingdom signed the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention, so British Army does not use them. A total of 29 Shielders were ordered by the British MoD in 1995. First vehicles were delivered to the British Army in 1999.

The Shielder is operated by the Royal Engineers. It creates anti-tank barriers quickly and effectively, thus reducing mobility of enemy forces. Anti-tank mines are scattered as the vehicle moves across terrain.

This scatterable mine laying system is based on the flatbed version of Stormer armored personnel carrier. The Shielder uses the US M163 Volcano mine laying system, which is mounted on the flatbed. Vehicle carries up to 40 dispensers on launcher racks. Each dispenser contains 6 anti-tank mines. It is worth mentioning, that a Giat Minotaur mine dispensing system and Stormer flat bed combination was taken to the Gulf in 1990-1991 but not tested operationally.

The anti-tank mines self-destruct at the end of the programable life. A dispenser control unit tests and arms the self-destruction mechanism. Mines self-destruct after few hours or days.

Armor of the Shielder protects the crew against small arms fire and artillery shell splinters.

This mile laying system is armed with a single roof-mounted 7.62 mm machine gun over the commanders hatch for self-defense.

The Shielder is operated by the crew of two, including driver and commander.

Vehicle is powered by Perkins T6 3544 turbocharged diesel engine, developing 250 hp.

AT Mines – No Longer Dumb
By far the most interesting on display were the larger “non-contact” EFP off-route anti-tank mines, aiming at the sides of the enemy armored fighting vehicles. EFP means explosively-formed-penetrator – the name implies the method of operation. When the target AFV crosses the line of sighting within effective range, the mine detonates a special shaped charge, which hits the armor not with just a jet of hot gases, like the classical contact-detonated shaped-charge, but forms a projectile out of its metal liner, capable of breaching substantial thickness of armor plate. The static MPB (Mina przeciwburtowa – Side-Targeting Mine) can be fitted with IR sensor-triggered fuze, set off-track and still pierce 100 mm of homogenous steel at 50 meters. This is a smart mine, if there was one ever – never lets the enemy touch it (anti-handling device), but self-destructs after a pre-programmed delay of 1, 10 or 30 days to avoid collateral damage. But an even more interesting application is the perimeter-defense off-route mine. The MPB’s down side was that it only operated along one direction, parallel to its longitudinal axis. The MPBK is a bit more sophisticated – placed on a turntable, operated by a sensor-activated servomechanism, it automatically detects, locates and tracks the target until it presents itself broadside at the most effective range. Several years ago a sister unit of the MPBK was also displayed, now conspicuously absent – the anti-helicopter mine. This was in effect an MPBK but fitted with advanced three-axis steering and acoustic sensors designed to detect, locate, lock and then track a low-flying helicopter, eventually firing an EFP at it. The individual mines’ sensors operated independently, allowing the simultaneous tracking and shooting at the helicopter by groups of mines set in larger “anti-aircraft mine fields” – or anti-helicopter barrier protecting one’s own troops from a roaming enemy rotary wing threat, trying to sneak in with ATGMs at tree-top level. Asked about the fate of this ingenious system, the reps were biting their tongues and rapidly changed the subject. Soon in the forest near you, would you say?

Anyway, the MPBK-ZN variant displayed this year had another smart feature: these mines are too expensive to be single-used, so their anti-handling devices are programmable, and the mines can be cleared after a pre-programmed period, then replaced and reset to counter another threat elsewhere

Od drugara sa Vk.com stigla dopuna za prvu objavu i disperzer iz Ural Vagona

Razmenom pitanja slikom mi je potvrđeno da se na UMZu nalaze 2 B/K i to jedan u lansirnim cevima a drugi na tovarnom prostoru iza samih lansera što se i iz slike vidi..

Posle punjenja lanser se radi zaštite od blata i sl može pokriti od gore poklopcem koji se pred dejstvo uklanja.

Za ličnu PVO zaštitu na polagaču je naslednik NSV PAMa..

Za kretanje na prednjem kraju odbrane i zatvaranju među prostora sam polagač je solidno oklopljen a i za nedaj bože u pripravnosti su sajle za brzo izvlačenje-samoizvlačenje.Kao i bacači dimnih kutija za zadimljavanje terena gde se polagač kreće.

Još se u Parku Patriot nisu kapije zatvorile a stigao i novi UMZ točkaš sa sve slikama od drugara..































Rusi jednako opremaju kako oklopne/mehanizovane jedinice sredstvima na gusenicama tako i motorizovane i moto streljačke/vazdušno desantne na točkašima pa tako i ovaj novi UMZ dobi novu mašinu...

Tu je i dopuna za Poljski Baobab u opitovanju da je ideja potekla od guseničnog sistema sa istim lanserima i minama 123 anti-tank iz Bidgošć kompanije BELMA.pa njih ne bi ovde elaborirao već bi naprosto uz bogatu kolekciju slika diperzera mina na poznatom MT-LB transporteru prikačio i izvorni Poljski tekst za opis..

Inżynieryjny System Minowania ISM "Kroton" – transporter opancerzony przeznaczony do szybkiego stawiania przeciwpancernych lub przeciwpiechotnich zapór minowych przez pododdziały wojsk inżynieryjnych szczebla taktycznego. Opracowany został na bazie transportera opancerzonego MTLB i jest produkowany w Polsce przez Hutę Stalowa Wola.
Z uwagi na produkcję zarówno sprzętu do masowego minowania powierzchniowego (narzutowego) jak i samych min kasetowych Polska (na razie) nie podpisała międzynarodowej konwencji zakazującej używania tego rodzaju uzbrojenia.
