‘The Government intends to identify potential sources capable of conducting integration of Research Development Test and Engineering (RDT&E) acquisition activities for the survivability/force protection and associated mobility and reliability upgrades to select M113 Family of Vehicles (FoVs) through the solicitation of proposals via RPP19,’ it stated, adding that the anticipated award will be made ‘to no more than three NAMC members’.
