if they modernize the army, I do not believe they are putting up a large army...no need...maybe corps are the size of the division or little biger division...
They are made of brigades, and this is not the correct order in the corps, but in divisions...and like I said honestly no need...more money for beter training and equipment...

Gledam temu, pa rek'o da nisam zalutao u engleski deo. Ali nisam.

According to Czech sources, Azerbaijan has ordered at least 54 Dana-M1 and 40 RM-70.
18 Dana-M1 and 10 RM-70 delivered in 2017, 36 Dana & 30 RM-70 contracted for 2018-2019. Bu the first deliveries seems to actually have occured already in 2016 (yet no data about them), so the number might be even higher.
Both systems are modernized by Elbit and connected to a C4I network. An important aspect of Azerbaijan's military modernization is the digitalization and automation.
These C4I vehicles on Kamaz chassis (4 in the photo) each control 1 battery of Dana-M1 and RM-70M. 1 battery = 6 firing units.

Surface-to-surface missile systems (EXTRA and Polonez are classified as missile systems rather than MRL because of their range and accuracy).
EXTRA: 150 km max range. 10 m CEP.
Polonez: 300 km max range (I believe it's the Polonez-M with improved chassis). Belarusians claim to have developed a new guidance system for Polonez, so the accuracy are probably improved over the original Chinese rocket, which was reported to have less than 30 m CEP. A Belarusian user on a military forum mentioned 15 m CEP.
Polonez's rocket are two-stage and able to maneuver in flight.
LORA: 430 km max range, 10 m CEP.

Све ми се чини да су Јермени најебали у блиској будућности... Азербејџан напумпава мишиће, купује најмодернију технику са свих страна, одлични су им односи са Русијом, од које такође купују најмодернија оружија, а Јерменисе развлаче унутрашњим превирањима, корупцијом, не модернизују ништа и не улажу у ништа, ево сада ће и Русији да се захвале на сарадњи и покажу прстом ван земље и лепота... Светла будућност их чека...

Колега Qarasu@ ,немојте да ме погрешно схватите.Ништа ја не тврдим по питању би ли Јермени издржали у случају општег напада.Ја само видим да су они били решени да се бране.Техником коју имају.Избегавам давати било какве процене.Као што знате нас је 99-те на граници са Албанијом напала УЧК,Албанска армија,подржавани артиљеријом и са у једном моменту преко 730 борбених авиона.Укључујући и стратегијске бомбардере НАТО пакта..Нису заузели ни метар наше територије.По свим законима ратовања,наша линија је морала пасти,да не кажем нешто много теже.Завршавам офф,само констатујем чињенично стање.Примера ради Генерал Лазаревић је недавно изјавио да је Нато тада планирао копнену инвазију на СРЈ са 200000 Америчких и Британских војника.Не бих шпекулисао шта би се у том случају дешавало,или не би.До тога једноставно није дошло.Само сам повукао паралелу.
It’s difficult to convey the tone through a monitor screen, I believe for some reason people here assume my writing to be “agressive”, at least it’s my impression, which really isn’t true.
I’m not saying you are not free to form an opinion based on your own perceptions, I’m simply offering an alternative view from the other side. But one thing, I always like to keep it to facts, I only talk based on factual information.
Also I had the chance to talk to people with certain connections and who knows alot of details.
I was not even saying Azerbaijan would be the absolute victor in the event of the war, I was simply talking about the initial phase of how an actual war would look like. No matter how brave and determined Armenian soldiers are, to claim that frontline Armenian units would be able to withstand such a big initial attack is simply unrealistic IMO.
Btw, I’m not sure what that photo is supposed to prove. As far as I know, Azerbaijan employs artillery radars, and artillery (and entire army) works in a networked manner through CI4 systems. I certainly know that Armenians do not have such network in place or even artillery radars. They also rely mostly on tower artillery (as your photo shows), whereas Azerbaijan has a much larger number of mobile self-propelled guns and rocket artillery. Now the reason why Armenians were able to operate their towed guns in such manner in some places could be because of the scale of the fighting and units involved. But I do know that Armenian artillery battrries were actually targeted, a 2S3 self propelled battery was struck by HAROPs. Armenians only mentioned the bus carrying volunteers which was struck by a HAROP for propaganda purposes, but HAROP was involved in many more attacks against Armenian military targets.

Also imagine now Azerbaijani helicopters are equipped with missiles such as Spike-NLOS with 30 km range, and Defence Minister even mentioned missiles with 50 km range (for helicopters), probably Nimrod 3.
Now this is a new capability that has been acquired this year, but anyway.
I’m not sure how survivable would D-20 and D-30s be in the light of such capability.

Qarasu just one question for you is it possible to find political agreement between two sides abouth N. Karabah instend killing each other.
And one more thing no matter how good equipmant you have dont underestimate enemy just one example hi tech Saudi army against Huthis armed with AK-s, RPG 7, DShK and ATGM-s.
