Kakav nedostatak vizije. Velik deo helikopterskih komponenata mogu sami da proizvedu. Trebali su da izdejstvuju lokalnu proizvodnju barem jednog modela helikoptera, koji bi imali ukrajinske motore MotorSich. Mogli su sa Poljacima da odrade svoju varijantu W-3 Sokol.

The Empire Test Pilot School (ETPS) took the characteristic coloured helicopter into service under the newly established QinetiQ Civil Flying Organisation (QCFO), which for the first time enables QinetiQ to operate civil registered aircraft independent of other organisations.
Besides the introduction of the H125, the ETPS also took delivery of the G120TP and the PC-21, but said goodbye to the Alpha Jet (acquired from the German Air Force in 1999).

Brazilci modernizuju
Brazilian Army Aviation has signed a three year contract with Rockwell Collins for upgrades on their helicopters
Citat:The helicopters of the Aviação do Exército (Brazilian Army Aviation) are to be upgraded by a firm from the United States.
Rockwell Collins won a three year contract to install new Multi-Functional Displays (MFD), among other things, in the Exército-fleet of HÁ-1 Fennec (33 remain) and HM-1 Panther (also 33 remain) helicopters.
