Citat:France, West Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom got together in 1985 and drafted a scheme to develop a new fly-by-wire, multipurpose helicopter—the NH90. The U.K. soon left the project.
The initial prototype took off on its debut flight in 1990 and, in 2007, the first examples were ready for combat.
But three decades is a long time for weapons-development. Governments have changed, new military strategies have formed and collapsed.

I to je helikopter za boduće evropske snage. Već duže vreme sam ga imao na sumu da je govno.

French Navy NH90 Certified Combat-Ready

Airbus Helicopters rejects bribery allegations in Greek NH-90 deal

Nemačka nabavlja 168. Dogovorili su da nabave manje helikoptera, jer je prvobitni ugovor bio loš. Međutim, cena pojedinačnog helikoptera će zbog toga biti veća. Sveukupno nešto bolji loš ugovor.

Nemci ustanovili da ovi helikopteri možda neće moći da letete iznad Severnog i Baltičkog mora. Ne znam razloge. Možda motori ... ?

Sedišta preslaba za vojnike u punoj opremi (preko 110 kg).

Unutrašnjost helikoptera preosetljiva, te stoga vojnici ne smjeu sa preterano prljavim čizmama unutra.

Čuj, kao kod mercedesa, ima da se plati dodatna oprema: ugradnja otirača na rampama i ostalim ulazima. Klima uređaji, sportska sedišta većé nosivosti, program za dijetu vojnika, digitalna vaga na ulazima .....

Sweden To Get 1st NH90 Helicopter in Fall
