Citat:The Army today took delivery of the first six Titus MRAVs out of a total of 62 ordered.
These are four vehicles in MKPP version (fire support coordination point), one in KOVS (communication) and one in KOVVŠ (command and staff).

All three versions achieve mine protection level 3a and ballistic level 3.
They are based on Tatra 815-7M0B31.262 chassis and have FN Minimi machine gun for protection. The vehicles were designed and built by Tatra Defence Vehicle (TDV). An order for more Titus MRAVs is planned for the near future.

The vehicles will primarily serve with the 13th Artillery Regiment, where they will replace the outdated vehicles on Praga V3S chassis. New modern Adler III CZ fire control systems will also be installed in the vehicles, which will also receive the ordered 155mm/L52 self-propelled howitzers Caesar 8x8 CZ.

The Ministry of Defence will procure 24 new TITUS MRAV vehicles in two versions for the needs of the Czech Armed Forces
Citat:62 Titus MRAV vehicles, from the Czech company Tatra Defence Vehicle (TDV), have already been introduced in the Czech Armed Forces in three versions - MKPP (Fire Support Coordination Vehicle), KOVS (Liaison Vehicle) and KOVVŠ (Command And Staff Vehicle). In addition to these, the Ministry of Defence will order another 22 Titus vehicles in a modified KOVVŠ version, which is to have a new technical solution of the C4ISTAR system and is to reflect the experience of the war in Ukraine. This version will now be referred to as KOVVŠ/M2. The remaining 2 Titus vehicles will be in the driver training version.
The value of the contract is estimated at CZK 4.068 billion (~$191.2 million) excluding VAT, the contract is expected to be signed in the coming weeks. The supplier will be Eldis from the Czechoslovak Group (CSG, @CSG_HOLDING), which must deliver all the vehicles by November 2027.
