Britanski Tajfuni oborili Gerane koji su isli prema Rumuniji.

The Ministry of National Defence (MApN) radars detected drones operating close to Romania’s airspace. Two Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft of the British Air Force, assigned to the Enhanced Air Policing mission, took off at 02:00 from the 86th Air Base in Fetești.

The National Military Command Center notified the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) to implement population alert measures in the localities of Grindu and Isaccea, Tulcea County. A RO-ALERT message was issued at 02:14.

The Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft established radar contact with a target located 1.5 km from Reni, above Ukrainian territory. The pilots were authorized to engage the drones.

Ground-based MApN radars tracked a group of targets up to the area of Reni, Ukraine, where multiple explosions were reported.

At 02:31, residents of the city of Galați reported via the 112 emergency service the fall of an object in the Bariera Traian area.

Specialized teams from IGSU and other structures within the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) are on site conducting investigations.

No casualties have been reported.

Preliminary assessments indicate that an outbuilding within a household and an electricity pole were affected, with no significant damage.

Drone fragments have been identified in several locations in the area, which has been secured by the Romanian Police and military personnel from the Ministry of National Defence.

The Ministry of National Defence strongly condemns the irresponsible actions of the Russian Federation and emphasizes that they represent a new challenge to regional security and stability in the Black Sea area.

Such incidents demonstrate the Russian Federation’s disregard for international law and endanger not only the safety of Romanian citizens but also NATO’s collective security.

Romania remains firmly committed to fulfilling its obligations as a member state of the Alliance and will continue to work closely with partners and allies to monitor and defend its national airspace.

Напомню, что в 23 году возили вообще две на вылет. Речь разумеется идет о УМПК и другом управляемом оружии.

С чем это связано, пока сложно сказать, но в любом случае это говорит о том, что наша промышленность вышла на те масштабы производства боеприпасов, которые позволяют увеличить лимит боеприпасов на вылет.

Therefore, 6 bombs dropped in this way is the maximum the air force can provide.
Of course, we could try to hang UMPKs on 30 and 35 planes, but then there would be a drop in the ceiling. That is, if something gains somewhere, it will be lost somewhere else.
