Rusi hvataju tehnoloski prikljucak. Krenuli sa proizvodnjom GaN modula, testirali ih na frekvencijama 2,9 i 4 GHz (radarski S-bend). Ovo je preduslov kako bi mogli da proizvedu visenamenski radar u klasi sa Giraffe-4A.

Uzeli su kredit od Francuske banke Societe General, 82 miliona evra...Jbg u prvobitno potpisanom ugovoru Thales obezbeđuje sve popravke ažuriranje softvera, generalno sve probleme u trajanju od 5 godina. Tako da malo kraduckaju što bi rekao velja... evo finansijski detalji ugovora

Earlier on June 15, 2015, the Ministry of Defense of Georgia signed a contract with the French-American joint venture ThalesRaytheonSystems to purchase several three-coordinate mobile radar stations for detecting air targets Ground Master 200 (GM200) and Ground Master 400 (GM400).
Financing of the given purchases is carried out in the account of the export credit in the amount of 82.82 million euros, provided by the French bank Societe Generale under the insurance of the French export-import insurance agency Coface.
All in all, 77.63 million euros from this loan was to be used to finance the purchase of air defense assets, including 52.65 million euros for the purchase of radar and combat control posts from ThalesRaytheon Systems; and 24.98 million euros for the purchase of the VL MICA battery from MBDA France.
The remaining 5.19 million euros should be compensated for the costs of the loan and payment of costs Coface.
Georgia should become the second known recipient of the land version of the VL MICA after Oman, who received a batch of these systems under the contract of 2009.
The VL MICA uses the MBDA France's modified, medium-range MICA air-to-air guided missiles with active radar or infrared homing heads as MBRAs. The maximum effective range of the VL MICA SAM is 20 km.
