Be kind, introduce yourself, send a picture of the medal, say that you are writhing a book and that is yours dads medal. Also, tell them that you are from Turkey. I'm sure that they will respond as soon as possible. They have acces to the archive. Also, you can ask someone from this forum who is a military historian to help you. I suppose they have good logistics to explore these things.
