Citat: Lockheed Martin has been awarded a $101.75 million contract to support South Korea's Peace Krypton reconnaissance aircraft system.
This contract was awarded by the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio under the U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. It provides for the maintenance, repair, and sustainment of an integrated suite of mission equipment and aircraft systems.
Lockheed Martin has been providing sustainment engineering and logistics support to the Republic of Korea (ROK) since 1996, the year that the company was awarded the prime contract to develop the Peace Krypton system.
Republic of Korea Air Force's (ROKAF) Peace Krypton system is used for tactical intelligence, and is comprised of militarized business jets and ground stations that process data from the aircraft.

Citat:Hanwha Ocean has signed a 7.8 trillion won ($5.4 billion) contract with South Korea's Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) for the detailed design and construction of first KDDX guided-missile destroyer for the Republic of Korea Navy.
The contract signing, that took place on July 31, followed negotiations regarding technology, conditions, and price by Hanwha Ocean as the preferred bidder for the project.
DAPA officially selected Hanwha Ocean over HD Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) as the preferred bidder for the program on July 1. Hanwha Ocean has since been conducting negotiations with relevant agencies including DAPA and the Navy finalizing the schedule for project commencement, including confirming the detailed design and implementation plan for the construction of the lead ship.
KDDX (Korean Next-Generation Destroyer) is a next generation stealth guided-missile destroyer under development for the ROK Navy. South Korea plans to commission six 7,000-ton KDDX destroyers by 2036, starting in 2032.
