Dal postoji nacin da zemlje koje nisu clanice pristupe tom fondu?
Ili da prodaju municiju/naoruzanje preko istog?
Recimo zemlja koja vec 25 godina nema alternativu sem EU

Koliko sam pročitao Kanadi je EU odobrila pristup SAFE fondu, Britanci su tražili ali zbog finansijskih uslova nije postignut sporazum za sada. Tursku blokiraju Grčka, Kipar i Francuska.

Third Batch of IDV Trucks for Romania
Citat:IDV has signed a contract for the supply of a third batch of military tactical trucks to the Romanian Ministry of Defence, as part of the framework agreement signed on December 30, 2019, covering a total of more than 2,900 High Mobility trucks.
The first phase saw the delivery of 942 vehicles, followed by a second batch of 1,107 vehicles delivered between 2023 and 2026. The 860 vehicles of the third batch will be delivered over the next three years. The trucks to be supplied to the Romanian Armed Forces within this third batch are based on IDV’s High Mobility range and one-third of them will be equipped with an armoured cabin. The production and delivery of these additional 860 High Mobility trucks is the demonstration of IDV’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Romanian Armed Forces, as well as its full cooperation and integration within Romania’s industrial ecosystem.
