Levgini: We coordinated with YPG to liberate east of Euphrates, will restore life ,stability to it

An oral statement was delivered by the Russian Colonel General Levgini who is the deputy of the commander of the Russian base of Hamimim in Syria during the meeting held with the commands of YPG in al-Salihiya neighborhood which is it the first neighborhood of northern of Deir ez-Zor Represented by the spokesperson of YPG Nury Mahmoud, the spokesperson on behalf of al-Jazeera Tempest Lilwa al-Abdullah, and the co-chair of the Deir ez-Zor Civil Council Ghassan al-Youssef.

Levgini noted that under the command of joint operations and coordination by the Hamimim base of the Russian assembly in Syria, they are completing a an operation to destroy all IS mercenaries sites in the east of Deir ez–Zor, and the gathering of the Russian commando forces supported the national defense of the eastern tribes of the Euphrates River, and YPG to liberate all the eastern areas from IS.

Levigny stressed that during the operation of liberating the eastern countryside, the Russian warplane participated in carrying out 672 blows, and hit 1,450 site of IS mercenaries.

He pointed out that they would consider al-Salihiya village as a center of the Russian Joint operations room with YPG and the Arab tribes to complete liberating the rest of the north of the Euphrates River from IS.

He said “after liberating the entire of the eastern countryside of the Euphrates River and Deir-ez-Zor, life must be restored to this area, so a center for reconciliation has been opened whose task will be gathering of all the sheikhs, tribes, and components of the area east of the Euphrates. Now, several branches are working in al-Salihiya, Hajinm, and Debban villages to form a gathering and bring aids to the area.”

Russia supporting & coordinating Syrian Kurdish-led anti-ISIS battle east of Euphrates – MoD

In an effort to preserve the fragile social fabric of the region, and to ensure the territorial integrity of Syria, a Russian military delegation met with at least 23 envoys representing the interests of different ethnic groups living to the east of the Euphrates River.

The meeting, held in a town of Al-Salihiyah, Deir ez-Zor Governorate on Sunday, also included the officials of the Kurdish People’s Protection Units militia (YPG). The Kurds have recently been abandoned by Washington, despite the group’s indispensable support for the American-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

As fighting against Islamic State terrorists enters its final chapter, the Russian Air Force is working with all armed formations on the ground, trying to deal the final blow to the jihadists in Syria. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the Russian fighters carried out 672 sorties and bombed over 1,450 targets to support the “offensive by the militias of eastern Euphrates tribes and Kurdish militias.” шта год ово значило

The ground offensive by the militias is being coordinated from the Russian Air Force base in Khmeimim, a representative of the Russian center for Syrian Reconciliation, Major General Yevgeniy Poplavskiy, noted on Monday.

“A joint operative staff has been created in the town of Es-Salhiya to provide direct control and organize the cooperation with the popular militia units. Moscow hopes that once the territory is liberated people will go back to peaceful coexistence, which is why Russia is trying to facilitate the all-inclusive dialogue of different ethnic groups in the region. Russia is assisting the local tribal leaders in the formation of the Committee for the Management of the Eastern Territories of the Deir ez-Zor Province so they can form a local government that would be responsible for maintaining social order and distributing humanitarian aid. The Committee will also be tasked with demining and restoration of infrastructure, as well as guaranteeing of a safe return to refugees.

The Committee made clear that it will not challenge Damascus for the control of the territory as it considered the lands under its control as an “integral part” of Syria. On Sunday, the Committee elected Ghassan Al-Yousef to serve as the head of the organization, who immediately expressed his gratitude to Russian pilots in helping to eradicate IS in Syria.

Washington will stop providing weapons to the Syrian Kurdish militias, US Defense Secretary James Mattis announced over the weekend, as Pentagon was “changing the composition” of its assets in Syria with the military operations there entering their final stages.

“The YPG is armed and as the coalition stops operations then obviously you don’t need that, you need security, you need police forces, that is local forces, that is people who make certain that ISIS doesn’t come back,” Mattis said.

Da bi Sirijci Izraelcima oborili neki avion ovi mora da uđu u njihov vazdušni prostor a oni to, ponavljam, od 2012. godine ne rade. Što se tiče štete koje su napravili na, po meni i ne samo meni, lažnoj iranskoj bazi u kampanji 1999. godine mi bi to tretirali kao maltene beznačajno oštećenje. Kod gađanja položaja PVO baterije, ako su nešto i pogodili onda je to agregat. A taj naučno istraživački centar koji su navodno gađali sinoć pa njega su gađali milion puta do sada.
Da ne respektuju sirijsku PVO ne bi Izraelci sve vreme gađali iz libanskog i izraelskog vazdušnog prostora ili sa pučine Sredozemlja.
Pitanje je zašto Iranci i Sirijci ćute i ne uzvrate po Izraelu. Histerčno ponašanje Izraelaca pokazuje da znaju odgovor. Za tri četiri meseca kad se završi posao na istoku kazaće vam se samo i zašto Netanjahu toliko vrišti.
Sviđalo se to nekom ili e na ovom forumu ali ako se setite šta sam pričao o Kurdima sve se ostvarilo ne 99% nego 100%.
Tako će i ovo. Netanjahu sad vrišti a niko ga ne j... e bogamo videće te za maksimalno tri četri meseca. E tad će da vrišti ali sa razlogom.
Izrael pravi grešku za greškom, pošto im je prvobitni plan u potpunosti propao ponašaju se potpuno histerično. Trenutno da se jadni za zelen bor uhvate i on bi se zelen osušio. Da imaju trunke mozga u glavi oni bi trebali da budu ti koji bi trebalo da mole Trampa da ne priznaje Jerusalim kao izraelsku prestonicu. Ali i oni izgleda da su se izgubili u prostoru i vremenu (kao i neki forumaši ovde) i misle da je ovo 1992. ili 1999. godina i da uz američku podršku mogu da rade šta hoće.

Ja nigde, u praksi, nisam video radarski polozaj sa tri visinomera bez obzira na znacaj rad. stanice. Ovaj ima tri, sto me zbunjuje i navodi na zakljucak da se time vestacki "pumpa" znacaj polozaja cime postaje mamac u pravom smislu.

Ako je na osnovu jedne fotografije moguće utvrditi da je meta lažna, izraelci su imali to islikati sa svim i svačim i opet su navučeni. Prosto neverovatno.

То је друго место. Гађали су базу јужно од Дамаска, па тај радарски положај сутрадан 60ак км од тог места, па увече тај истраживачки центар северно од Дамаска.

Israel is trying to provoke a reaction from Iran by hitting non-strategic objectives. Iran won't answer Israel but Syria can.

Also, Israel is avoiding flying over Syria where Russia is present and therefore is flying over Lebanon where coordination is needless.

Kako je moguće da je izraelska obaveštajna služba toliko omanula?
Ja mogu pretpostaviti, da, koliko god Izraelci i njihova obavestajna sluzba, bili osposobljeni i u top formi, uvek postoji neka nedoumica pri odluci. Moguce je da su brzopleto reagovali, da su "navuceni" bas tim trecim visinomerom, da nisu imali strucno lice kao konsultanta po tim pitanjima u trenutku odluke da napadnu, da je neko postupio po principu ....ima se, moze se, sta nas kosta da to polupamo. Itd.
Pa, Ameri su, kao ozbiljnija vojna sila, '99. udarali po laznim polozajima kao budale, a imali su sva izvidjacka tehnicka sredstva ovog sveta i jos ljude na terenu. S druge strane, dobra obmana je kao i dobar pogodak u cilj.

Cezare zaista nije uobičajeno ali ipak jeste bilo (naravno ne računamo prastaru Kamu koja nije dugo ni živela a imala je janusovkse visinomere ...nije ni bitno za nju) i to samo u razvijanju Altajevskih serija, tu su razvijana dva janusovska daljinomera i četiri visinca. Daljinomeri su puštani sihnhrono a od početka 70-tih zapravo svaki daljinomer je u toj situaciji imao neku vrstu pomoći od ASU pa su svi oni delovali da tako kažemo u sprezi. Meža je bila bazis.
E sad u kakvom su stanju bili ovi radari i koliko vredan cilj ostaje da svako već prema tome za koga navija jer to je važnije od razuma uostalom ...
A pivo za ltcolonela i od mene ako Bog da pa da se za jedno mesec dana vidimo, a ovde svraćam malne zbog njegovih postova.
