Czech Aero Vodochody is also involved in the production of the C-390 Millennium, producing the wing leading edges, rear fuselage, cargo ramp and all the doors. With the purchase of the C-390, the share of production should increase even more.

Hungary welcomes first C-390 for testing
Citat:Hungary gears up to welcome its first Embraer C-390 Millennium military transport aircraft on Apr. 12. The aircraft, manufactured in Brazil, will arrive at Kecskemét air base for a three-week testing period, marking a significant step towards replacing the Hungarian Air Force’s (HAF) existing fleet of An-26 turboprop transports.
This testing period will be the final stage before the C-390 enters Hungarian service. The aircraft will undergo both ground and air testing at Kecskemét. A crucial aspect of this phase will involve the installation and evaluation of NATO-standard communication equipment, ensuring seamless integration with allied forces.

Following the successful completion of testing, the C-390 will return to Brazil for final modifications and preparations for official handover to Hungary. This is expected to take place sometime in the autumn of 2024.
