Boeing to convert Korean MD 500 helos into Unmanned Little Birds

Boeing gets first AH-6i production contract

Citat:Boeing announced at Dubai Airshow 2013 that it had recently signed an agreement that will lead to the production of AH-6i light attack helicopters for an undisclosed customer.

The AH-6i is the export version of the AH-6S that Boeing developed for the US Army's now-cancelled Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter Program.

The only country that has formally requested the AH-6i is Saudi Arabia. The US Defence Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) notified Congress in October 2010 of a proposed sale of 36 of the helicopters for the Saudi Arabia National Guard. Boeing told IHS Jane's in January that this deal was in the process of being finalised.

MDHI reveals new-generation MD 530 Little Bird helo

Sa Grifin i DAGR raketama mališa i dalje ostaje respektivna mašina. Nije mi samo jasno zašto Mini-gun nisu stavili u turelicu na mesto optroničke platforme, a nju podigli iznad kabine.
