Citat:According to Defence24, negotiations on technology transfer for the K2PL between PGZ and Hyundai Rotom have hit a rough patch with concerns about engine servicing, high training and investment costs, and technology protection rules.

This is not the first time the two companies have had heads during negotiations, but if this is not resolved soon than the planned 2028 date for the start of series production in Poland will be at risk.

This would not be the first such delay in setting up domestic production of the K2 in Poland, as this date had already been pushed back by two years from what was initially announced in 2022 by the Polish MoD.
