Myanmar received a Type 035 class diesel-electric submarine from China
Citat:China has transferred a former People’s Liberation Army Navy diesel-electric attack submarine to Myanmar, marking the first transfer of such equipment between the two countries.

The commissioning of the Type 035 or Ming-class submarine, which has been named the UMS Minye Kyaw Htin, brings the Southeast Asian nation’s fleet to two boats.
In March 2020, Myanmar took delivery of a Russian-built Project 877 Kilo-class boat from India.

China will give two submarines to Thailand so it can train more effectively as it awaits the delivery of its first new boat.

China is offering military assistance to Thailand by giving two second-hand submarines to the Royal Thai Navy (RTN) for training, since its S26T submarine on order is unlikely to be completed on time.

China will supply a pair of either Type 035B Ming-class or Type 039 Song-class boats, with both models still in service with the People’s Liberation Army Navy.

Gledam nesto po netu za ovu 035 klasu. To je unapredjeni Romeo.
Ali izgleda po nacrtima da nema dve torpedne cevi pozadi.
