"The Bulgarian Battle Group is now deemed fully operational due to the great effort by the multinational team, led by Italy, the framework nation. The establishment of a combat-capable #NATO Battle Group on Bulgarian territory demonstrates Allies resolve to the strengthening of the deterrence and defence posture on the eastern flank, in the strategic Black Sea region.
