The aircraft, serial 9586 and named "Munin", is the third that arrived in Norway. The other two Poseidons currently reside at NAS Jacksonville (FL) and will be delivered to Norway at a later stage, with the final aircraft expected in 2023. All Poseidons will be operated by 333 skvadron at Evenes.

Boeing je 7. jula najavio isporuku 150-tog primerka Poseidon P-8 koji će biti namenjen američkoj RM.
Ukupno je do sada isporučeno P-8 Posejdona:

New Zealand to receive its first P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol aircraft
Citat:According to a press release published by Boeing on July 22, 2022, the fitm debuted the first P-8A Poseidon aircraft for New Zealand in its Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) livery. New Zealand is one of eight nations to have acquired the P-8 as their new multi-mission maritime patrol aircraft.
The New Zealand Government purchased four Boeing P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft that will eventually replace the current fleet of six aging P-3K2 Orion aircraft. The P-8As will provide advanced capabilities to maintain situational awareness in neighboring waters on and below the surface of the ocean.
First flight is scheduled in the coming weeks followed by mission systems installation. The aircraft is scheduled to be delivered to the New Zealand Ministry of Defence later this year.

N.Zeland dobio prvi
First RNZAF Poseidon handed over
Citat:On 7 December 2022, in a ceremony at the Museum of Flight in Seattle (WA), Boeing Defense officially handed over the first P-8A Poseidon to the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF).
The aircraft, serial NZ4801 (construction number 67017/9449), will most probably stay in the US for the coming months for training duties before being flown to New Zealand.
New Zealand ordered four Boeing P-8A Poseidon Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) in March 2019. The three remaining P-8As are all in advanced stages of production and will be delivered in 2023.
