Citat: On 30 May 2019 it was reported that the Honduran Congress approved an exchange agreement with Brazil for two Cessna 208EX Grand Caravans of the Fuerza Aérea Hondureña (FAH, Honduran Air Force) for a Lockheed C-130H Hercules of the Força Aérea Brasileira (FAB, Brazil Air Force) plus five refurbished Bell UH-1H helicopters, a batch of spare parts and engines and fire extinguishing equipment for helicopters. The agreement is in the area of exchange in view of the fact that Brazilian laws do not allow donations of this type of equipment, according to legislative sources.
Honduras has three Cessna Grand Caravan light transport aircraft, which were donated by the United States for primarily reconnaissance work. The last one was delivered in December 2018. However, the Honduran Air Force has no heavy transport aircraft for personnel or cargo, so the utility of having the C-130 has been analyzed. Some analysts have also pointed out that Honduras is in need for new generation aircraft that guarantee a long useful life.
But more important is that the USA does have to approve this deal, as the Cessna Grand Caravans were all donated to Honduras.

Banglades uzima Ex-RAF C-130
Bangladesh to receive additional ex RAF Hercules C5 transport aircraft
Citat: On 20 June 2019, Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group (ADG) announced that the Bangladesh Biman Bahini (Bangladesh Air Force) is to receive an undisclosed number of ex Royal Air Force (RAF) Hercules C5 transport aircraft. These are added to the two aircraft that are already confirmed via a previous contract signed in May 2018.

Marshall ADG will modify the aircraft before delivery, including designing, developing, and installing a medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) capability, to enable the Bangladesh Air Force to carry out tasks within the country and overseas in support of UN missions. The "new" Hercules aircraft will enable Bangladesh to retire their four C-130B model transporters which were delivered under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract to Bangladesh in 2001.
