Nigeria to Buy 10 Trainer Aircraft from Pakistan
Citat:Pakistan has signed an agreement for the sale of 10 Super Mushshak aircraft to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF), defence officials said.
"The contract signing ceremony was held at Abuja (Nigeria) where Air Vice Marshal Iya Ahmed Abdullahi and Air Marshal Arshad Malik, Chairman of the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), signed the contract," Pakistan Air Force (PAF) spokesman Syed Mohammad Ali said on Friday.
The contract includes operational training and technical support and assistance to the NAF. The PAF would completely establish this facility in the shortest possible time, he said.

Ne zamerite, ali mislim da nije zgoreg pomenuti i učinak prethodnika, MFI-9 u nigerijskom ratu. Mislio sam da nešto napišem, ali je član celeron već podsetio na tu epizodu u temi o COIN avionima:

Za vreme nigerijskog gradjanskog rata grupa placenika je ratujuci na strani biafre nauruzala pet lakih aviona tipa malmo MFI-9 sa po dva sestocevna lansera NRZ 68mm.U jednom od svojih napada,na nigerijskom aerodromu Port Harcourt unistili su 3 MiG-17 i 3 od 6 Il-28, kao i nekoliko helikoptera.

NAF TAKES DELIVERY OF FIRST BATCH OF SUPER MUSHSHAK AIRCRAFT
Citat:The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) today took delivery of the first batch of 5 out of 10 Super Mushshak aircraft being expected from Pakistan. The first batch of the trainer aircraft, which is for the primary flying training of NAF pilots at 401 Flying Training School, Kaduna, was received on arrival by the Air Officer Commanding Air Training Command, Air Vice Marshal Chris Okoye.
It would be recalled that the NAF inducted the Super Mushshak aircraft into the NAF inventory on 5 December 2016. This followed the kind gesture of the Pakistan Government to temporarily make 4 Super Mushshak aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force available to the NAF, at no cost, to immediately commence the training of NAF pilots.
