Combat Operations Center (COC)
Combat Operations Centers (COCs) središna je tačka donošenja odluka tokom svih faza kopnenog ratovanja, dozvoljavajući Marinskim snagama digitalno prikupljanje, obradu, i raspoređivanje taktičkih podataka. Radi se o mobilnim, modularnim, komandno - kontrolnim centrima dizajniranim da podrže Marince i druge korisnike gdje god da su raspoređeni, uključujući funkciju treininga i testiranja uoči samog raspoređivanja.
Đeneral Dajnemiksova integrisana kompjuterska inteligencija, informacioni i komunikacioni sistemi sa komercijalnim off-the-shelf proizvodima obezbjeđuju operativni centar niskog rizika dizajniran za:
uvećanje operativnih sposobnosti i neposredne efikasnosti,
brzinu prilikom donošenja odluka,
uvećanje situacione preglednosti,
čuvanje tehničkih i ljudskih resursa,
pripremljen sistem obuke.
Modularnost i fleksibilnost sistema dolaze iz unikatnih Capability Sets - CapSets. Ovo su uobičajeni, modularni i skalabilni građevinarski blokovi koji su re - konfigurabilni radi adaptacije za potrebe bilo kojih misija i nivelisani "up or down" radi obezbjeđenja zahtjevanih sposobnosti na bilo kom operativnom nivou.
Po narudžbi isporučeno je 10 CapSet IIIs, 10 CapSet IVs i 4 CapSet IIs. CapSets su dizajnirani po veličini jedinica Marinskog Korpusa SAD:

CapSet III – regiments; and
CapSet IV – battalions and squadron commanders.
COC je dio Marinskog Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF-C2) koncepta. Sa MAGTF-C2 konceptom, informacije su integrisane, prikupljene i distribuirane sa raznorodne Marinske i Joint C2 mreže i obavještajnih, nadzornih i izviđačkih (ISR) sistema do korisnika po svim ešelonima – od komandnog centra do individualnog marinca.
Postrojenje je dio Đeneral Dajnamiksovog C 4 sistema.
Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (WIN-T)

WIN-T je taktički komunikacioni mrežni sistem u razvoju za potrebe Armije SAD. Osnova sistema bazirana je na routing - u koristeći se Internet Protokolima. Obezbjeđuje borbeno komandovanje u pokretu, pazeći da visoko mobilne i raspršene snage budu povezane međusobom, kao i sa globalnom informacionom mrežom Armije SAD. WIN-T Increment 1
Networking at-the-halt
WIN-T Increment 1 je Združeni kompatibilni komunikacioni paket koji dozvoljava Vojniku upotrebu naprednih mrežnih mogućnosti, zadržavanje interoperabilnosti sa već prisutnim sistemima , i držanje koraka sa budućim proširivanjima sistema WIN-T. Increment 1 je brzo raspoređujući sistem, early-entry sistem smješten u S-250 skloništu ili montiran na ECV HMMWV za roll-on/roll-off mobilnost.
WIN-T Increment 1a unapređuje osnovni WIN-T Inc 1 u satelitskim sposobnostima pristupa Ka-band defense Wideband Global Satellite (WGS), redukujući oslanjanje na komercijalne Ku-band satelite.
WIN-T Increment 1b predstavlja Net Centric Waveform (NCW), dinamički talasni oblik koji optimizuje širine opsega i iskorišćenost satelita. Takođe uvodi colorless core security architecture, koja ispunjava Global Information Grid Information Assurance (IA) sigurnosne zahtjeve.
WIN-T Increment 1 ima opremu koja je za potrebe transportna nivelisana u tri varijante:
Unit (or Division) Hub, carried by Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) trucks
the Brigade (or JNN) Hub, in a shelter that is carried by a HMMWV

Initial Networking on-the-move
WIN-T Increment 2 isporučuje initial on-the-move broadband networking capability koristeći se satelitskim i radio linkovima. Full Networking on-the-move
WIN-T Increment 3 obezbjeđuje full networking OTM - "on the move" i uvodi vazdušnu komponentu radi povećanja pouzdanosti. Trokomponentna three-tiered arhitektura uključuje: tradicionalni line-of-sight, vazdušni kroz korišćenje bespilotnih letjelica BPL - Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) uglavnom MQ-8, te satelitsku komponentu. Dodatno, Increment 3 uvodi ugrađeni dvokanalni JC4ISR radio i antene unutar same platforme. (Note: HNW was introduced in Increment 2).

WIN-T Increment 4
Increment Four čini satelistske i vazdušne komunikacione releje robusnijim i otpornijim na mjere elektronskog ratovanja. Sistem je konstruktor opisao riječima: "That’s where we’re taking advantage of the secure anti-jam, low probability detection satellite communications off of things like the Transformation Satellite Communications system into our radio systems". U ovom "increment - u" ako ne i ranije, prihvataće se saobraćaj od Global Broadcast Service data i video distribuciijskih satelita.
Svemirski segment Increment 4 jeste da učini mogućim korištenje pet satelita iz Transformational Satellite System (TSAT) sazvežđa, pomoću lasera umjesto radio linkova ka Zemlji ali i radija između satelita. Lansiranje je planirano početkom 2013.
Očekuje se i lansiranje dva dodatna Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) satelita koji operišu u različitim frekvencijskim opsezima i otporniji su na prijetnje elektronskog ratovanja u odnosu na Wideband Global Satellite sistem.

GeoSuite™
GeoSuite™ je web-based, multimedia zajednički operativni sistem koji dozvoljava korisnicima prikupljanje, prikaz i podjelu informacija. Dizajniran je za korisnike na najnižim nivoima poput policajaca, spasilaca, terenskih agenata, volontera. Unapređuje situational awareness i sadejstvo kao i podjelu i analizu podataka između korisnika.
GeoSuite dolazi u nekoliko softverskih varijanti, dozvoljavajući mogućnost korištenja od komandnih centara do vozila kao i ličnih telefona.

Tactical Ground Reporting System (TIGR)
Tactical Ground Reporting (TIGR) sistem je web-based information management application koja olakšava koordinaciju i podjelu informacija na nivou Čete i ispod. Trenutno je koriste Vojnici Armije SAD i Marinci u zonama vojnih operacija.
TIGR je specifično dizajniran da obezbjedi prikupljanje i podjelu informacija do već raspoređenih korisnika u malim jedinicama koji obavljaju rizične operacije. TIGR nadopunjuje sistem operativnih centara ili viših štabova lakom podjelom informacija sa drugim komandno - kontrolnim centrima, obavještajnim i informacionim sistemima viših komandi.
TIGR operiše diskonektovan ili u low bandwidth taktičkim mrežama i idealan je alat za Relief in Place/Transfer of Authority (RIP/TOA) aktivnosti.

Obezbjeđuje mogućnost slanja i primanja glasovnih informacija i digatalnih podataka tokom operisanja na fiksiranoj frekvencija (interference mode) i anti-interference modu. Zaštita od ometanja oslanja se na Frequency-Hopping-Spread-Spectrum (FHSS) mod. Frequency tuning rate is 312,5 times per sec.
R-002PP operates in the following modes:
- simplex; - standby economic reception ; - entering of radio data.
While on fixed frequencies and FHSS mode, R-002PP provides transmission and reception of:
voice information from telephone headset or directly from transceiver;
digital data with rate: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600 bps from PC or other devices at RS – 232 interface;
short alphanumeric messages;
individual (selective), circular (group) and tone calls.
While operating on fixed frequencies, voice information is transmitted in:
analog form in F3 emission class, which provides connection of radio station through radio channel with radio stations of other types, older ones in particular;
digital form in F1 emission class. Voice analog information is converted into digital form with the CVSD (continuous variable-slope delta modulation) method. Conversion rate of voice information is 16000bps.
In FHSS mode voice information is transmitted only with conversion into digital form (CVSD) in F1 emission class.

analog form in F3 emission class, which provides connection of radio station through radio channel with radio stations of other types, older ones in particular;
digital form in F1 emission class. Voice analog information is converted into digital form by embedded CVSD-delta codec. Conversion rate of voice information is 16000bps.
In FHSS mode voice information is transmitted only with conversion into digital form (CVSD) in F1 emission class.
Voice information, converted into digital form, can be transmitted with technical masking or without it. Technical masking is provided by voice masking devise, which is embedded in radio.
R-005 provides radio coverage on medium-cross country while the facility, equipped with radio, stands or in movement, working on circular-pattern antenna not less 8-10 km.
R-005 can operate on not more than 16 preprogrammed channels on fixed frequencies (from 1 to 16), and on not more than 16 preprogrammed channels in FHSS mode (from 17 to 32). The selection of programmed channel is done, using the buttons on the front panel of the radio, remote-control and PC.
While working with R-005U, it possible to control it and enter radio data from:
Control panel;
PC;
storage and radio data input device.
R-005 software specifies the procedure of channel programming. While radio station is programming, the following radio data should be entered:
operating frequency;
type of information (voice or data transmission);
emission class;
technical masking mode;
level of output power;
current time;
type of squelcher;
call type (individual (selective), circular (group), tone);
called number;
home number of radio station;
short alphanumeric messages (30 five-symbol groups);
passwords (programming password and operator password);
keys ( FHSS key and masking key);
mode of operation data (single-frequency simplex, simplex (hulf-duplex in one radio net, and stand-by reception, shifting in another stand-by).
R-005U can be controlled from:
the keyboard on the front panel of the transceiver;
PC (using the “Commander”, which rules on how to use it are in operator’s manual)
Power supply
Power source: accumulator battery 24 V. Performance control of accumulator unit is done by embedded control system. Indicator on the front panel of the transceiver shows the control result. Continuous operation time from fully charge accumulator unit is not less 10 hrs, in relation transmission time/reception/stand-by saving reception as 1:2:8.
R-005U operates in the following climatic conditions:
temperature of ambient environment is in the range from 238 to 323K (from -35 to +50 C)
relative humidity is not more than 98% under the temperature of 298K (25 C)
air pressure is from 60 кPa to 113 кPа (from 450 to 850 mm.m.c).
