Nakon sastanka sa Predsednikom Sirije Basarom Al-Assadom zamenik premijera Rusije Yuri Borisov je dal izjavu reporterima o sirijskoj luki Tartus koja će biti iznajmljena Rusiji narednih 49 godina za transport i ekonomsku upotrebu od naredne nedelje.
