The system was named as the Vitebsk-25 and includes a new digital jammer a design from FGUP NII Ekran in Samara. The Vitebsk is described as capable of "not only evaluating the radiation of enemy radar, but also to jam the signal over a wider range of frequencies".
In addition to the new digital jammer, the Vitebsk provides protection against heat-seeker missiles: "It blinds enemy missiles with a laser projector."

The Su-25SM permits "work" at any time of the day beyond enemy air defense operations ranges and the employment of precision-guided munitions. Guided weapons permit the increase of the distance to the target and now the ground attack aircraft doesn't mandatorily have to enter the operating zone of small caliber antiaircraft artillery or portable air defense missile complexes. The Su-25 can attack targets from a distance of more than 7-8 kilometers, which exceeds the operating range of the majority of battlefield air defense weapons.

Тако модернизовани авиони би требали да носе ознаку Су-25СМ3.

Doduse to mu je zadnja kabina kao sto i pise ali opet ,mozda se podaci indikatora sistema SPO pokazuju na novom MFD ?
Evo kabine SM,takodje s ene vidi onaj klasicni SPO indikator na kakvog smo navikli .
