Ceska akro grupa "Duha" (Duga) sredinom 90-ih nastupala je na 5 aviona Su-22M4 (4 + 1 ).
Dakle umesto uobicajenog "sinhro para" imali su jedan samostalan avion koji je trebalo da zabavlja publiku, dok se ostatak formacije ponovo prikupi i vrati na "pozornicu".Solidan program (nista spektakularno) kada se uzme u obzir tip aviona na kome su leteli.Radi se pravoj borbenoj masini sa hidraulicnim komandama (gde je i da biste uradili obican valjak a da bude tacno u liniji potrebno dosta znoja) , koja je dosta "teska" tj. "kruta" na palici.Dakle nije rec o skolsko-borbenom ili akrobatskom avionu.
Pre 3-4 godine (cini mi se 2011.) kada su Poljaci razmisljali o display programu za svoje Fittere na kraju su dosli do zakljucka da bas i nema mnogo smisla praviti neki klasican letacki prikaz tj. klasican program, vec su se odlucili da njihov par prikazuje klasicne borbene manevre na aeromitinzima (uvodjenje u napad, borbeni zaokreti i razne varijacije na tu temu). Na kraju se to mozda ispostavilo i kao efektinije i za publiku interesantnije nego da su isli na klasican program.Nesto slicno nasim orlovima na aeromitingu 2012

Мене занима зашто су поред Су-17 у наоружање уведене и ловачко-бомбардерске верзије МиГ-23, почевши од миГ-23Б?
Има ли каквих тактичких оправдања или је разлог неке друге природе (љубав главног маршала авијације Катухова према МиГ-23 или то што је син министра авиоиндустрије Дементијева био запошљен у конструкционом бироу МиГ-а)?

Navodno je Iran isporucio Siriji 10 kom Su-22
Citat:After having upgraded several SyAAF Mi-17s with armour plates and FLIR cameras, stationing Mojaher 4, Yasir and Shahed 129 UAVs in Syria and even providing an Il-76TD to the SyAAF on behalf of Syrian Air, Iran is now further consoldating its stake in the conflict by the delivery of ten Su-22s to Syria.
These ten aircraft, part of a batch of 40 flown to Iran during Operation Desert Storm for safekeeping, were finally overhauled in recent years after idly standing around at Shiraz airbase for decades while their fate was decided upon. Initially regarded as "guests" and maintained only to keep them in good condition, they were formally put into Iranian possession in July 1993 but could not be made operational due to budgetary constraints: A team of Ukrainian technical advisors were contracted to overhaul the Su-22s, but at the time this proved to be too expensive for the ill-funded Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF). Instead, the IRIAF was to restore the ten Su-22M-3 and Su-22M-4s to operational condition without any foreign help by using other Su-22s and Su-20s as a source for spare parts. This programme only commenced in 2013, when the Revolutionary Guard's Pars Aviation embarked on the task of bringing the first Su-22s back to operational condition.

At least six Iranian pilots were subsequently converted to the Su-22 in Syria, and later sent to Belarus for further training on simulators in preparation of the introduction of the Su-22. The programme took a surprising turn after it was suddenly cancelled several months ago, and on the direct order of Khamenei, the ten Su-22s were put onboard Il-76s and flown to Syria. By this time, only the Su-22's fuselages had been completely overhauled, and once arrived in Syria, the SyAAF completed the process.
The first of these new Su-22s was spotted while bombing the town of Talbeesa, Homs Governorate, on the 9th of March 2015.
