LGR275 Proxy is a 70mm laser-guided rocket (LGR) equipped with a proximity sensor and military-grade warhead specifically designed to accurately and effectively neutralize threat posed by uncrewed aerial systems (UAS).
The rocket is suitable for both air-to-air and surface-to-air applications, and further strengthens the capabilities of SkyDefender, Thales multi-layer, multi-domain Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) dome.
Thales Belgium is planning to ramp up production of the rockets by the end of 2026 with production rate tripling by 2028.
