Kandidat za vođu amerićke vojske t.j. i južnokorejske je već napomenuo, da je zbog nedržavanja vojnih vežbi, došlo do "male degradacije" spremnosti vojske.

Demokratski senator je tražio lićni stav kandidata, da ako Severna Koreja odmontira rakete i nuklearno oružje, i traži u zamenu odlazak američke vojske?
Naravno, to je strateška i taktična greška. Senator na kraju rezimira, da je administracija u tom pogledu slepa i naravno i Kongres je protiv.
U celoj prići stav Južne Koreje i ne postoji.
