Novi problemi za Boeing 787 Dreamliner

All Nippon Airways (ANA) cancelled a service Wednesday afer the jet could not make its scheduled flight from Ube to Tokyo’s Haneda airport in Western Japan. The 787 was grounded because the right-side engine would not start, according to airline spokesman Yoichi Uchida, who said the 141 passengers on the flight were being redirected.

The incident occurred only one day after a Japan Airlines 787 flight to Singapore was forced to return to Haneda shortly after takeoff due to a problem in its de-icing system. The system is needed for certain weather conditions. A malfunction can sometimes be dangerous, but this time the jet was not at risk, according to JAL spokesman Jian Yang.

Etihad Orders 30 Boeing 787s, 25 New 777Xs
Citat:Boeing and Etihad Airways today announced an order for 56 widebody airplanes with options and purchase rights for 26 additional airplanes at the start of the 2013 Dubai Airshow. The order is valued at a total of $25.2 billion at list prices.

The Abu Dhabi-based carrier's order includes 25 777X airplanes, comprising 17 777-9Xs and eight 777-8Xs, subject to program launch. Etihad Airways is the first airline to order the 777-8X and will be a launch customer of the airplane, which is expected to enter service around the end of the decade. The order includes options and purchase rights for 12 additional 777X airplanes.

In addition, the airline has ordered 30 787-10s, the newest and largest member of the 787 Dreamliner family. When today's order is combined with the carrier's previous order for 41 787-9s, Etihad Airways becomes the world's largest airline customer for the Dreamliner family with a total of 71 787s on order. The order includes options and purchase rights for an additional 12 787-10s.

Today's announcement also marks the 1,000th order for the 787 Dreamliner family since its launch in 2004. The 787 has reached this milestone faster than any other twin-aisle airplane in aviation history.

Gledah pre neki dan na satelitskoj neku emisiju o ovom avionu. Jedna TV ekipa je ušla sa skrivenim kamerama u pogon Boinga gde se sklapaju ovi avioni i ćaskala sa radnicima. Gotovo svi radnici sa kojima su razgovarali tvrde da je kvalitet ovog aviona na niskom nivou tj. da Boing više vodi računa o što većoj i bržoj prodaji aviona, nego o kvalitetu i poštovanju bezbednosnih normi.

Delimičan problem sa kvalitetom je posledica toga što se danas sve radi i ispituje na računaru putem simulacija, a delom se zanemaruju realna ispitivanja, ništa ne može da zameni ispitivanje nekog dela u realnim uslovima eksploatacije.

Kolege mašinci će razumeti najbolje, za mašinski deo gde se nekad koristio stepen sigurnosti 3 sada se na primer koristi 1,5 i dolazi do katostrofalnih lomova i slično, a sve zato što je računar rekao da deo može da bude tanji nego pre.

Duplo veći stepen sigurnosti je pokrivao sve moguće nedostatke u proizvodnji dela i moguće komplikacije, sadašnji upola manji stepen sigurnosti se uzima na osnovu idealne pretpostavke da će deo biti napravljen apsolutno bez greške i da će materijal biti najboljeg kvaliteta.

Tu je i tendencija da se smanjuju troškovi gde god je moguće pa i na uštrb kvaliteta.

Toga više nema danas, to je tačno druže Wisdomseeker.
Progres ide dalje, ali ponegde i zapne.
Japan je zvanično objavio da nije pronađen uzrok samozapaljenja akumulatora na B787. To se desilo nekoliko puta, uzrok nije pronađen i urađen je redizajn akumulatora, ma šta to značilo http://www.aex.ru/news/2014/9/25/124997/

Ali preključe let Čikago-Varšava je prekinut iz predostrožnosti i avion je sleteo u Glazgov, Škotska jer se pojavio dim u odseku za prtljag. Osetio se dim i u avionu http://www.aex.ru/news/2014/9/26/125019/

Niko tu nije srećan. Ni kompanija ni putnici.
Prerano je to sve krenulo, nije avio-industrija spremna baš za takav jedan veliki iskorak.
Aerodinamika i motori su spremni, ali elektronika i materijali nisu.
Pokušali su da stave elektroniku iz široke potrošnje u avion. Pa to ne može, jer nikada nije ni moglo.
Pokušali su da stave poluispitane materijale, tako se i završilo. Dobili su uputstvo da zaobilaze moguću grmljavinu najmanje 50 Nm.
Proguraće se sve to. Ali ogromna cena će biti plaćena.
A možda se ja i ne razumem u biznis...

koliko sam ja shvatio skoro sve djelove prave različite firme iz različitih država, i do sada je to naravno bio slučaj ali ne u tolikoj mjeri kao na 787, mnogo babica kilavo dijete
