KAI Aims to Conclude Final Negotiations with Indonesia for the KF-21 in the First Half of This Year
Citat:Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) will conclude final negotiations with Indonesia regarding the KF-21 within the first half of this year. Through this, the company aims to achieve its guidance for orders of 10.4383 trillion won and sales of 5.7306 trillion won this year. It is expected to achieve sales of over 5 trillion won for the first time since its founding.

According to industry sources on the 12th, KAI stated in a recent conference call, "The key to this order target is the first export of the KF-21. The initial batch of KF-21s is included within the 6.5 trillion won export target for finished aircraft." The company added, "We are striving to conclude final negotiations with Indonesia within the first half of this year."

The Indonesian delivery schedule is under negotiation, and we are negotiating the Indonesian delivery schedule as there is a remaining supply to the South Korean government,” he said.

First Export of Korean Fighter KF-21 Confirmed, 16 Units to Indonesia

On the 19th, a government official stated, "Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto will make a state visit to Korea on the 1st of next month, visit Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI), and sign an export contract for the KF-21," adding, "We plan to sign an implementation contract during the first half of the year after coordinating the final agreement amount." Indonesia initially intended to acquire 48 KF-21 fighter jets. However, due to budget constraints, the plan is to initially acquire 16 units.

The South Korean government and Indonesia are currently coordinating final negotiations regarding technology transfer and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul). Both countries plan to sign a contract within the first half of the year. The Indonesian side is reportedly planning to hold the implementation contract signing ceremony locally.

KAi proizvodnja

Na ovoj oficijalnoj prezentaciji tj. ceremoniji povodom početka masovnije (da kažemo serijske) proizvodnje KF-21 dati su interesantni podaci o kapacitetima i budućim planovima....

U halama površine od oko 50000 m2 procenjuju da bi mogli proizvoditi zbirno do 50 aviona KF-21 i T/TA/FA-50 godišnje.

Za tekuću godinu plan je da se isporuči 8 KF-21 i 19 FA-50 tj. ukupno 27 aviona, za sledeću tj. 2027 planiraju 31 a za 2028 čak 47 aviona da bi tamo negde pred kraj decenije postigli kapacitet od 50 aviona (20 KF-21 + 30 FA-50 godišnje)....U toku su i dodatne investicije u kapacitete fabrike kako bi se ispratila potražnja i omogućilo planirano proširenje kapaciteta.

Što se inostranih kupaca tiče trenutno se sklapaju FA-50 za Poljsku i Maleziju kao i T-50 za Indoneziju.
