Saudi hitno traze jos raketa. Mnogo su se istrosili.

The Journal said the kingdom has also approached European allies and Qatar about transferring Patriot interceptors to its arsenal, but such a deal would require approval from the US, two officials told the newspaper.
“The United States is fully committed to supporting Saudi Arabia’s territorial defense, including against missiles and drones launched by Iranian-backed Houthi militants in Yemen,” said a senior administration official in statement to the Wall Street Journal. “We are working closely with the Saudis and other partner countries to ensure there is no gap in coverage.”

Novosti oko isporuke novih radara LTAMDS za sistem PVO Patriot
Raytheon će isporučiti 6 radara Ghost Eye LTAMDS (senzor protivvazduhoplovne i protivraketne odbrane nižeg nivoa) vojsci u fiskalnoj 2022. godini, od kojih će 4 radara biti usmerena ka prvim vatrenim jedinicama sistema PVO Patriot i 2 radara za prateća testiranja. Nove sposobnosti će biti operativno omogućena u fiskalnoj 2023. godini u dve faze, koje uključuju nadzor od 360° i angažovanje u primarnom i sekundarnom sektoru.
Faza 1 se sastoji od nadzorne funkcije osmatranja i otkrivanja u sektoru od 360° i angažovanja sa projektilima PAC-3 MSE u primarnom sektoru (120°) i GEM-T angažovanja u sekundarnom sektoru.
Faza 2 dodaje pun sektor od 360° za angažovanje ciljeva sa projektilima MSE & GEM-T i završava se korisničkim testiranjem u trećem kvartalu fiskalne 2023. godine.
