И ја сматрам да је небулоза ремонтовати само два авиона.
А Бугари у арсеналу имају 15 МиГ-29 који су ремонтовани 2006-7. и само 5-6 МиГ-21.Односно 2,5 пута је већа небулоза ремонтовати 5 авиона, башка што ти од тих пет страдају два због удеса па остане само три.
Навијам да се комшије Бугари смилују и понуде нам тих нешто авиона на продају, све и да их не купимо, ал' ће барем знати да има и горих од њих.

Teško da će se komšije Bugari snaći, jer osim love tu postoji i politički momenat da njihov ministar odbrane želi da odstrani svu rusku tehniku koju imaju, ali čovek nema ideju šta če to da zameni. Oni su prošle godine radili nešto na MiG-21 na svoju ruku, pa su pauzirali nekoliko meseci, pa je tek pre neki dan poleteo ponovo 21UM pitaj boga u kakvom stanju, a septembra im ističe ugovor sa RSK MiG vezan za održavanje MiG-29, tako da nemaju mnogo vremena. Šta će biti videćemo.

Romania invests EUR 32 mln in airfield for its F16 fighters
Citat:Romania is currently working on modernizing the Fetesti 86 military base which will host the first F16 fighters the country will get in 2016. The base must reach NATO standards.
The total investment in the Fetesti airbase is EUR 32 million, of which NATO provided EUR 21 million. The Romanian Ministry of Defense will cover the remaining EUR 11 million, defense minister Mircea Dusa recently said.
The projects includes revamping and extending the runway from 2.5 kilometers to 2.8 kilometers as well as revamping the hangars, fuel deposits and armories.

Imali ste več i prije komisiju za nabavu novog lovca. Samo još da se doda opcija razmatranja za dodatni lovac TA-90/FA-90.

Bulgaria to launch fighter programme
Citat:Bulgarian defence minister Nikolai Nenchev has revealed that the country is to launch a fighter procurement by the end of June.
According to Bulgarian media reports on 21 May, Nenchev told a parliamentary defence committee that the procurement would replace a number of aircraft. However, it was unclear whether this replacement would be limited to the Air Force's fleet of five MiG-21 'Fishbed' aircraft or also include the 12 MiG-29 'Fulcrum-A' aircraft.
Previous fighter modernisation plans have centred on upgrading the MiG-29 fleet and procuring second-hand Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcons to replace the MiG-21 fleet. Currently, Bulgaria employs the MiG-29 for air policing missions, but it has reportedly withdrawn the MiG-21s from these duties.
At the meeting, Nenchev also said the Air Force had concluded that modernisation of the MiG-29 fleet had become a priority, with the replacement of the aircraft's engines needed to extend the life of the aircraft beyond mid-2016. Air Force Commander Major General Rumen Radev added that the air force would seek to have the upgrade made by the engine's manufacturers in Russia.
