“Our plug-and-play capability fits seamlessly into currently fielded night vision devices, driving costs down and bringing crucial JHMCS day capabilities into nighttime operations, as it should be” said Raanan Horowitz, president and chief executive officer, Elbit Systems of America.
DEP matches existing JHMCS as well as the next generation Digital JHMCS. An upgraded system that provides aviators with immediate and accurate recognition of friendly units, threats, and unknown targets, giving the aircrew a comprehensive view of the entire battle-space.

Komponetne naslemnog nisanskog sistema `Scelj-3UM` : nisanska sprava sa okularom za desno oko ( masa 300gr ) i zastitnom plasticnom futrolom na pilotskoj kacigi Zsh-7AP ,ILS-31 ( Indikator ceonog stakla tzv HUD ) sa optickim detektorima ugaonog kretanja i pracenja optickog bloka naslemnog nisanskog sistema na kacigi pilota radi ogranicenja uglova pracenja cilja u VaP tokom vodjenja manevarske vazd. borbe ( verzija RMD-1 za R-73E ogranicenje je maks. 45° po azimutu ,verzija RMD-2 za R-73E maks. 60° po azimutu ,kod ICGSN R-73M je ogranicenje maks. 90° po azimutu ) . Tu je i racunarski blok tzv NSC
U sklopu sistema `TESTER` postoji kontrolni uredjaj za NSC `Schelj-3UM`.
