F90 iako u principu jeste AUG klon , ima i neke bitne razlike. Rasklapa se na dva dela, upper i lower, dok je eliminisano skidanje cevi , kao kod AUG-a. Upper je uglavnom napravljen od polimera , sto ga cini laksim od AUG-a. Mehanizam za okidanje je od kvalitetnijeg polimera i dosta je bolji od originala.

On Monday, December 17, the Czech government to discuss the purchase of new small arms for country’s defense forces, including newest assault rifles developed by company Ceska Zbrojovska.
“The framework agreement, covers the years 2019 to 2025 and should allow us to buy small firearms in Uherský Brod according to our real needs. In particular, up to 19,000 CZ 75 Phantom pistols and 14,000 Bren assault rifles are to go.” said a senior official of the Ministry of Defense.
