Doni u svom stilu kao ne razume zašto su "oni bivši" dozvolili da proizvodnja "domaćeg" aviona zavisi od stranaca, ali zaboravlja da su razvoj u dobroj meri platili ti mučenici koji su dobili deo proizvodnje. Ono kad si kao anti-globalista ali bi ipak zadržao sve benefite globalizacije, a ono što ti ne odgovara e to ćemo elimisati.

Up to 550 F-35s to require refits after reliability fails, says US
Citat:The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter continues to be plagued by quality and reliability problems, with as many as 550 of the jets to require refits, including two dozen already handed to Australia.
The US Government Accountability Office warned in a report this week that JSF suppliers were failing to “meet predefined design standards” in thousands of manufacturing processes, and that already-built aircraft “do not meet the program’s reliability and maintainability goals”.

However, GAO “found that reported Block 4 costs did not include all Block 4 costs…and did not include Block 4 costs the program incurred prior to 2018, or that it will incur after 2024,” as the F-35 program office has chosen to exclude the past and future costs in the Block 4 cost estimate it reported to Congress. This decision understates the true cost of Block 4.

The updated cost estimate reflects that the program office will be fielding Block 4 capabilities into fiscal year 2026. This new schedule adds 2 years analysis of DOD’s updated cost estimate indicates the total cost of Block 4 development grew by $1.5 billion to a total of $12.1 billion for activities in fiscal years 2018 through 2026.

Japan has installed Auto-GCAS on its F-35A fleet
Citat:Japan has installed the automatic ground collision avoidance system (Auto GCAS) on its F-35A following a fatal crash last year.
All 17 aircraft at Misawa Air Base had the system installed since the end of last year. Four more F-35As are expected to arrive at the base later, these will come equipped with Auto-GCAS.
A Japan Air Self-Defense Force F-35A pilot was killed when the jet crashed on Apr. 9, 2019. Investigators determined that he had become disoriented.
