u drugom delu emisiej "niko nije rekao neću", kažu da smo imali 14 mig29, 6 je oboreno u vazduhu, 5 je uništeno na zemlji, pa kako je ostalo onda 5 mig29 posle rata ?

i zašto nema priče o Ljubiši Kulačaninu ako zna neko ?

Maketa koja je prevarila NATO
Potpukovnik i pilot u penziji Đorđe Ivanov govori o maketi aviona Mig-29 u prirodnoj veličini koja je 1999. korišćena kao lažni cilj za NATO avijaciju. Maketa je nedavno restaurirana i postavljena kao eksponat u Muzeju Vazduhoplovstva u Surčinu.

ray ban11 ::Kako smo ovo oko borb. radijusa sve fino prodetaljisali i na kraju dolazimo do zakljucka ,Su-27/-30 nije uopste bio veliki lovac za Jugu ,moguce sad niza Srbiju .Bivsa Juga je po `transverzalama` bila 1200x600km ,tako nesto ...

Za dugotrajne patrolne zadatke u VaP SFRJ , Su-27 je mogao itekako dobro posluziti , da je bio u RV-PVO JNA.


Sve navedeno je tacno kolega Ray al postavlja se i pitanje infrastrukture.Ne treba zaboraviti da je JNA recimo izbacila F-4 fantoma iz razmatranja zbog njegovih gabarita, potrebe da u slucaju nabavke istog vecina infrastrukture mora da se napravi nova (ABS, hangari isl)...
E sad za Su-27 na Bataji jos i ne bi bilo mnogo problema, napravili bi se novi hangari, kaponiri ABS poput Vranice isl...Al sta bi radili za Bihac ili Pristinu...

Pristinski podzemni objekat je mogao da primi samo avione velicine tipa MiG-21 (mozda Orla od domacih aviona mada je to pitanje)...sama rekonstrukcija tj. prilagodjavanje takvog objekta da primi avion poput Su-27 bi verovatno bila i skuplja nego da se umesto njega napravi novi, s obzirom sta bi sve moralo da oradi....

U bihackom podzemnom objektu je bilo vise prostora i komocije, bez problema je mogao da opsluzuje avione tipa MiG-29, ali pitanje dal bi i on mogao da primi grdosiju poput Su-27 bez nekih prosirivanja, radova isl...SFRJ jeste ulagala pare u vosjku, al da je imala na pretek i "za bacanje" to nije...prema tome plan da se nabave 2 eskadrile L-18 a preostali L-17 modernizuju na standard MiG-21-93 je bio sasvim razuman....

Zato sto je bolje da je nema i zato sto gospodin Kulacin nije bio raspolozen da prica o tome!
Covek je posto je nekako uspeo da sleti na Surcinski aerodrom (Bataja je bilu u dimu i plamenu pa je otisao na Surcin) dosao nazad na Bataju i odmah po dolasku imao susret sa jednim od nasih "velikih" vojskovodja tog doba koji ga je ko iz topa upitao "kako si ti smeo da sletis a da nista ne oboris...".
On je pokusao da bude razuman, da objasni da je imao otkaz, ometanja itd, ali posto nije mnogo vredelo nastala je vrlo mucna situacija, (vojskovodja je "zapenio" i poceo da PRETI) koja je pretila da predje u fizicki sukob (Ljuba Kulacin je bio pilot prve klase , covek sa dostojanstvom, a ne tamo neka tikva bez korena koju gazi ko i kako hoce)....Celu situaciju je nekako smirio general Velickovic koji je kao kompromisno resenje ponudio sebe kao dobrovoljca da poleti i proveri avion, tj njegovu ispravnost....to se i dogodilo (odmah sutradan cini mi se).Poleto je, patrolirao do Novog Sada i vratio se nazad bez nekih rezultata....

I sta vi kolega mislite da je Ljuba trebao da prica posle svega toga???
Kako su ga sikanirali i tretirali kao stoku na stocnoj pijaci...
Manite se coravog posla....
Ratovi od 1991 do 1999 su iznedrili mnogo junaka ali nazalost ima i ona druga strana medalje tj. bilo je i mnogo onih zbog kojih bi ste momentalno pozeleli da napustite sve i odete sto dalje samo da ne gledate iste....

With the help of this client, for the first time in 2006, a package of improvements for the MiG-29 was successfully implemented in Lviv. Rather than relying on the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the upgrade package as a whole was based on Ukrainian developments. For some specific components, such as radar H019, improvements were made in cooperation with the Ukrainian representative of the developer, in this case LLC "Phasotron-Ukraine".

When the planes were delivered to the Air Force of Azerbaijan, the improvements consisted of five components designed to improve the functionality of the aircraft. First, a new satellite navigation system SN-3307-01 was installed, integrated into the standard MiG-29 navigation system, which can use GPS or GLONASS data. In addition, thanks to the introduction of new electronic components, the technical and operational characteristics of the H019 radar system have been improved. In addition, as a result of the modernization of the BPK-88 block ser. 3KM, Tester-U3-L-01 recorder and 13M-4 screen system, you can now record flight parameters using a modem solid state storage device. In particular, BOD-88 is a system for the prevention and control of engines - its sensors monitor various parameters and warn pilots if any of them reaches abnormal values. The data from the modified BOD-88 is now stored using new flight data recorders with solid-state memory and a more modern interface. Such improvements were made in all 14 aircraft previously sold to Azerbaijan.

Local differences

It is not surprising that the Ukrainian standard MiG-29MU1 is similar to these criteria for modernization for Azerbaijan. However, at the first stage of modernization, the modification of the R-862 radio station in accordance with the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), as well as the installation of the transponder A-511, was also introduced for Ukraine. The latter also meets ICAO requirements.

The first supplies of modernized Ukrainian MiG-29s began in 2009 during major repairs at a repair plant in Lviv.

Full modernization is applicable only to single-seat fighters, as the two-seater does not have a radar, although Azerbaijani double planes have been partially modernized. The Ukrainian MiG-29UB remain unchanged. Another difference concerns the intervals of maintenance and the approach to repair.

Based on the manufacturer's initial recommendations developed in the Communist era, the Soviet-built MiG-29 provided a full service life of 2,500 flight hours or 20 years. Periodic maintenance is performed every 100 hours or 12 months (less intensive) and every 200 hours or 24 months (more intensive). The first overhaul was installed after 300 hours or nine years, and then the second - after reaching 1500 hours / 15 years or 700 hours / eight years after the first).

Of course, based on the general condition and degree of aircraft usage, the developer can allow another maintenance schedule. MiG-29 for Azerbaijan, apparently, is supported in accordance with the standard regulations of Soviet times. Intermediate maintenance and inspection are carried out every 12 months (the so-called 100-hour service). In addition, there are other established maintenance procedures (for example, after 200 hours / 24 months). These procedures vary in scale, in particular, 100-hour service is less extensive.

Regardless of the technical condition, major repairs are carried out in Lviv every 700 flight hours or every seven to ten years.

For this reason, several Azerbaijani MiG-29s passed through the Lviv plant more than once. Usually during transportation, An-124 is used, which can simultaneously deliver three MiG-29s.

In Ukraine, on the other hand, VSF aircraft are maintained in accordance with their own schedule, which is not authorized by the developer . Air Forces Monthly reported that the aircraft leaving the overhaul of the LHARP have an overhaul life / service life (700 hours / eight years), but it is maintained in accordance with the "wartime" schedule . In practice, this is maintenance in accordance with the technical state. Perhaps, LGARZ has developed such a schedule with the help of Poland, which uses this system in its own fleet of MiG-29. It is noteworthy that the plant in Lviv supports partners from Poland, in particular, when overhauling equipment and technical components (see Polish Export of MRO, February 2017, 80-83).


Services as needed

The list of orders in Lviv is overcrowded, and the plant has supported the number of employees slightly more than 1000 employees for several years, which is considered optimal for ensuring the required quality. Over the past two years, the use of the plant's capacity has been ideal by 100%, primarily because of the requirements of the ATO. Of course, the original components of Russian developers have fallen due to these works under sanctions . It is interesting to note that at the time of the collapse of the Soviet Union, the factory had about 2,800 people.

Although it is operating at full capacity, and from 10 to 15 Ukrainian MiG-29s have been returned to the state of flight since the start of the ATO , there are plans to further improve the composition of the MiG-29 AFU Armed Forces. It is expected that the first demonstrator and prototype version of the MiG-29MU2 will be presented to the public in 2018, and it will pass the necessary tests as soon as possible before being introduced to the front.

The MiG-29MUi standard is used as the basis for the MU2, but it includes eight more modernization stages to further enhance combat capabilities. These include upgrading the weapon control system 20PM, upgrading the R-862 radio station, the on-board integrated navigation and landing equipment Kurs-93M, replacing the navigation system RSBN A-323 and using the MSD-2000 data bus.

With the arrival of the MiG-29MU2 for the Armed Forces, the AFU will receive for the first time a modernized fighter, in which improvements in air combat readiness take center stage.

Prva recenica je jasna ,druga se odnosi valjda na prvi i drugi stepen odrzavanja (nasi su 1989 osvojili II stepen odrzavanja ) i onda u vezi genremonta 9 god ili svega 300 h naleta ???
